Front desk staff mostly was very unpleasant , clean but old rooms , quite location but far from the city center(it takes a tramp and metro to get to the center using public transportation) I was charged for one day extra since I checked in early due to change in my flight schedule but the front desk was least accommodating...

I visit this hotel several time per year on business and am always happy with my experience. However during my recent visit 6-9th of Feb (this month) I had what I can only describe as an outstanding example of Customer Service, I urgently needed a USB Stick and had forgotten to pack one. It was 7,30 pm and I did...

It's all about first impressions. Service with a smile. But this place got it totally wrong. The receptionist who did check in seemed to have a problem with me before I walked in. Attitude for no reason. Like I wasn't wanted on the hotel. When I finally got my key, a random patron I passed by whistled and said "Wow....

While looking for nice hotel with own spa for reasonable price this hotel was the best selection I could make. Hotel located next to Danube river 200 meters from tram stop. Takes about 20 minutes to get to downtown by tram and metro. Reasonable price for two - 80 EURs. Nice breakfast. Did not try local restaurant as there is...

Stayed for 4 days at the hotel for a conference. The staff were friendly and room large and comfortable. Located in the old part of Budapest it is located in a great place for walks where you can explore the old city and drop into small cafes. Local trains are a way to get into the city centre. All in...

It isn't a bad place but the 5 starts is a little too much. We had an "Executive Room". The room was ok, but the bath was really small. The hotel doesn't have any room with balcony or cigar-room. The bathroom is small. The crew is nice and helpfully. Extra life hack: you have coffee for free to the Executive...

Unfortunately i did not get the names of the staff who were excellent, really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself i'd say is more 4 than 5 stars. The spa area is nice and the hot pool really made it! However, when we arrived we were told that breakfast is not included (even though i was so sure i booked...

Nice hotel but tricky underground car park, I ended up in back of house and nobody seemed to know the way to reception! The restaurant food was a not great and took an age to find its way to me. Check out in the morning wasn't easy either. The room was nice, overlooked the dirty Danube.
