From the moment you walk into this amazing hotel you are stunned at the beauty. The lobby area is gorgeous with the highest ceilings of glass and mosaic tiled floors. We never took the elevator because the stairways are so amazingly beautiful. The location is the best with easy access to both Buda and Pest. Our suite had an amazing...

High tea has a formulae to it... beautiful 5 star hotel, lovely savory and sweet mouthfuls, well served on fine china with an excellent pot of tea, in a spacious and grand dedicated lobby area. That's what you get here and at a very reasonable price. The art nouveau building is beautiful.

We have stayed in a few Four Seasons hotels. This is one of the better ones. Worth a visit. The staff really go the extra mile and you can feel that they are happy to host any family. The location cannot be beaten and the concierge staff are very informative and helpful. This hotel definitely deserves 5 stars.

Budapest was the first stop of our honeymoon, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay than the Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace! They had prepared an absolutely lovely room for us directly overlooking the Chain Bridge, greeted us with a bottle of celebratory Rose and chocolate covered strawberries, and had decorated virtually every surface possible with rose...

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
