It was my second visit to Budapest when I choosed this hotel. Staff is extremly helpful, I could stay an extra night there - in the same room :) I really appreciate their help. Room was clean and comfortable, I love their new bed!

Always stay here when in Budapest. Very short walk to Blaha Lujza tram/metró stop where you can get metro line 2 or trams 4/6. Also SPAR open until 2200 during the week. Quiet location. Helpful staff some of whom have been there years.

The room is very spacious, clean and does the job. Fantastic location. Check in though was very long and drawn out even though we checked in online first to 'save time'. After a long journey you just want to get to your room, but you have to fill out endless amounts of paperwork all over again with all your details!...

Nice hotel just 10 minutes stroll from the city centre. Spacious and immaculately clean room, decent breakfast and friendly staff might compensate for the terrible noise outside when visitors of the local bars sing and yell till 4-5am every night.

The hotel has really nice location. Room clear and nicely equiped. But two things needs huge improvement. 1) the staff on recepcion - not very friendly, slow service 2) early breakfast - had to leave to airport at 6:30. Although the breakfast in majn restaurant was ready, we had to use the lobby bar and have recieved 7days croissants. That...

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
