Good location, not far from and underground station. Clean ish. There was no air conditioning and the heat was unbearable as the only window opened to the stairway.

Hard bed. Charged of aircon was used. On the tram line which operated 0430-2300. Very noisey. Police outside. Homeless people and people peeing in the streets. Would not recommend this place in a million years. Sfay away! I felt unsafe in this neighbourhood.
