We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, location is perfect and in close proximity to the river, we were able and walk to city sights but if you need transport its only a short walk to train/bus. The staff in the hotel were polite,...More
Seemed like a fairly new/modern hotel. The room I had was fairly small, but had everything I needed (firm bed, shower, safe, windows that could be opened). There was an AC, but it was quite noisy (could be turned off).
The breakfast was ok, not...More
This Hotel is situated at one end of the main tourist streets that runs from the basilica to the covered market. What's good about this is that it's close to a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops but not so good if you're after a...More
A friend recommend this hotel and I am so glad she did. The service was excellent, all staff so friendly and helpful. Room very good even the mini bar was not , as often is, over priced so I raided one day when partner laid...More
The hotel is new and relativly modern. Good service and a great staff. Is near all the places you would want to go without having to take a taxi or anything else. The only problem here is that it is not soundproof between the rooms....More
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention
and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.

I can't remember the number of the bus but we used our Budapest card for all travel while we were in the city and this included the bus from airport to hotel and back. The official Budapest Card can be purchased online and collected at the airport. It also gives discounts at attractions and restaurants.

Hi, no real tips on the hotel other than hit the breakfast buffet about an hour before it finishes to get the full range. You can walk easily into town (2 min walk) to get to a wide array of restaurants. I recommend the bus tour to get an overview of Budapest and history insights. The boat trip is also good and my favourite spa was st Margaret island. Enjoy! :)
