I'd booked this hotel as part of a travel deal to celebrate my long term partners birthday. Looking at the photos I was a bit disappointed as I thought we were getting one of the historical baroque hotels. However although it doesn't have that feel of authenticity it makes up for it with the facilities and charm of having your...

Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Rooms a little outdated but didn't go to spend Weekend in the room. Decent location. Swimming facilities looked good didn't get to try them. Overall had a good stay and would come back if I was in Budapest again. Budapest itself is nice would recommend doing the baths!

When you have no issues at all, and you get everything that is advertised you have to give five stars! Reception are friendly and quick, within five minutes of entering the building I had my feet up relaxing in my suite. The suite was very clean and smelled nice. The toilet and bathroom were separate in ours which was nice....

We stayed here between 12th Jan - 15th jan for 3nights and booked a 2 bedroom Suite. The hotel itself is lovely and has very friendly staff. The location is perfect and due to the weather we were getting taxis which were about £5 to the main areas. The staff at the hotel were always on hand to provide their...

Just booked this hotel online without much research! Was so shocked when we got there, it's gorgeous! The staff couldn't be more helpful. The rooms are massive with great facilities. The location is perfect, a 20minute walk into the heart of the city! Some wonderful local restaurants nearby and walking distance to everything! Highly recommend!

My boyfriend brought me here and I could not have been more impressed the staff were great friendly and so so helpful. The hotel itself was gorgeous , they were having some work done but nothing too much that disturbed us.The only thing that I found very odd was the toilet was in a separate "cupboard" and there was no...

Was invited by friends and had a Junior Suite. The standard of the room was high and even though I had a room towards the street it was absolutely quiet! I ordered food from room service and had a guest, our grades on the food and service is 5/5! The prices were absolutely acceptable! To stay in a hotel with...

We were hosted in your hotel from the 29th of Dec until the 2nd of Jan. All was great until we came back home today and found out that 100 Euros were stolen from my wallet while it was in the room. We know for sure that the money were there because in the morning of the 1st of Jan...

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
