Visited the restaurant for a group dinner and the food was...maybe a little salty but still nice. I had been there a few times before also. The staff were quite helpful and efficient! Lovely atmosphere for a good meal

I come to Debrecen often due to business. I always stay at this hotel, this was my favorite. Now, the place is so rundown and has lost its charm and pleasantness. It's more like a hostel than a hotel. Very sad. I used to love this place. Please renovate it.

This was a nice place to stay. It's a little old fashioned, but the staff is friendly and the rooms are "authentic Hungarian" so no design stuff here. There is a pub/restaurant with a free breakfast in the morning and decent and fairly priced food during the rest of the day. Located between the city center and the university. All...

Debrecan is a small compact city ideal for a short break. The hotel is possibly the most unique I have stayed in for a long time. The service and cleanliness are excellent with an authentic Hungarian menu of delicious well presented food. The entrance flows right through to a delightful Outside dining garden with an inside dining room equally as appealing. This room is...

I have booked the presidential suite (room 112). Old used and dirty room, the bathroom - a tragedy ! Mold everywhere. I am afraid to stay in such unhealthy location. I think the photos will say enough. It is also the second and last time I came to this hotel for beefsteak Tatar. Most of the dishes from the menu...

Was a lovely old style feel to hotel. We had great breakfast and also had beautiful dinner on our last night. Some power points didn't work and had to ask for battery for safe but that saying staff very helpful.

Absolutely delighted I stayed here for 3 nights. You can't beat the location - aright on the tram line #1 from train station. It is a short walk or ride. Easy walk to the main square and Great Temple. The breakfast was superb - anything your heart or palate could desire. The room was quite superior, very comfortable beds with...

A large group of us stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. My wife and I found the hotel to be clean and the staff friendly. It definitely served our purpose. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the centre of the city. Strange (to us) decor with the theme of Hungarian hussars and a British pub that...

Nice hotel with excellent location really in the heart of the city. The stuff is kind and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast was very poor. The wellness facilities were also very weak for a 4star hotel. We had a sleepless night due to a party in the hotel with loud music, about which were not informed previously.

The hotel located just in the center of Debrecen looks pretty nice: it's elegant, it has beautifully decorated rooms, staff is nice and speak English. Well, I wanted to drink a beer when I came to the hotel, but the bar was closed at 10PM. But there's written that it's open until 11PM! Ugghh. But I was still satisfied (because...
