We spent one night at the hotel.
First impression was good, nice staff and great location.
Then in the room we found hair in the towels and the bed.
During the dinner a metal wire was in my food; the staff did not take any steps when we complained about that. - disappointing experience.

The place is nice with some reminiscences of the past. It has a vibe, especially if you get a premium room with a city view.
However, disappointed by the attitude of some staff and lack of English.
They organize events on the ground floor right below the rooms. You can say goodbye to sleep if you are lucky to book on a wedding day :((

Overall, we won't go back, but it was not bad. Even tho' we slept 3 hours one night and left more tired than when we arrived.

Stayed in 3 nights, we liked both restaurant and staff but
we payed spa and got key to spa, but could use it once and no one warned, that we must beg for it every day.
By the way spa closed the only pool after first day (written in elevator).
The room got coffee machine, board with price of usage, but filled only for once, new cream, clean glasses, but no coffee for other days.
Why it got just average from us.

Registration in advance is required for using the sky wellness, but you cannot use the facilities due to being overcrowded. No place to sit down, the bar is out of service there. They let 28 people there, but only 8 deck chairs are provided. Physically cannot accommodate 28 pax in the sky wellness. The registration does not make sense. You may can only stand there and wait... Certainly not a great experience.
We hired an e-roller for half a day, but within 2 hours from being fully charged, the battery drained completely. Hence it ruined the day.
The coffee is payable in the room. There is no complimentary coffee facilities at all. Only tea is free of charge, but every other day they forgot to refill.
Housekeeping staff enter the room without knocking.
In the restaurant after every order they ask you to sign the slip, even during your dinner while you are trying to eat your meal. It made us feel like they did not trust us that we were going to pay for our order.
The manager was wearing sportswear, even the reception was dressed more formal.
There was a sanitation stand next to the elevator, but it was empty for a day and a half (even after making the staff aware of it).
The communication is very poor, and the there is room to improve on the professionalism. Not a 4* service at all.

I'd give this place a 3 or 4 starts because it has good location, the restaurant and breakfast were good, much of the staff helpful (although less than basic English knowledge), free parking outside with 80s designed elevator, rooms, tiny issues.

BUT I'm going for a 1 star review as being paying customers we're unable the use the Wellness which is why we chose this hotel. You must register in advance to use the wellness (max 28 guests) and you must do this every day.
I'm telling you because you won't get this much information from anyone else.
The general manager answered my complaint suggesting the problem is with the receptionist not giving us the correct information while I believe the entire wellness system is wrong: paying customers can not enter an otherwise empty (and free) wellness section.

We will never be back here.

Before booking make sure there is no event at the Hotel. They did not mention prior to booking, not even on the Hotels website. Music was super loud so We end up going home with little sleep. They offered a quieter room but 2 separate beds. Is not ideal for a romantic weekend.
Disappointing.
The Hotel did not want to compensate for the inconvenience.

Spa area small. The infra cabin worked only for 5 min.
Breakfast was OK.
Rooms are Oke size but the pillows are flattened out.
Bit of wear and tear.

The crew was so kind and helpful, the breakfast was optimal. The services and the room was regular (or under) for this price, but the bath room was under level. The four star is a bit exaggeration. Cheap, small pillows and worn, neglected equipment. Never back. :-(

Room design outdated and rooms were not so comfortable, bathroom smelled funny, breakfast is ok. Rooms were clean but really small. It is ok to stay for a night. I would not recommend rooms on the third floor. Last year we stayed here, but our experience was very different on the 1st floor.

Pleasant wellness, excellent cuisine. Close to the city center, 100 m walk.
Quiet relaxing neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance. The room has a beautiful view of the city. The parking lot is very good. The hotel also has an outdoor pool. The hotel's garden also provides ideal relaxation for families with small children.

I honestly can't answer as I only stayed 2 nights, and didn't require it. I can't recall any any mention of coin operated machines at all in the hotel guide. I would suggest sending an email to the hotel.
