First impression was good, nice staff and great location.
Then in the room we found hair in the towels and the bed.
During the dinner a metal wire was in my food; the staff did not take any steps when we complained about that. - disappointing experience.
However, disappointed by the attitude of some staff and lack of English.
They organize events on the ground floor right below the rooms. You can say goodbye to sleep if you are lucky to book on a wedding day :((
Overall, we won't go back, but it was not bad. Even tho' we slept 3 hours one night and left more tired than when we arrived.
we payed spa and got key to spa, but could use it once and no one warned, that we must beg for it every day.
By the way spa closed the only pool after first day (written in elevator).
The room got coffee machine, board with price of usage, but filled only for once, new cream, clean glasses, but no coffee for other days.
Why it got just average from us.
We hired an e-roller for half a day, but within 2 hours from being fully charged, the battery drained completely. Hence it ruined the day.
The coffee is payable in the room. There is no complimentary coffee facilities at all. Only tea is free of charge, but every other day they forgot to refill.
Housekeeping staff enter the room without knocking.
In the restaurant after every order they ask you to sign the slip, even during your dinner while you are trying to eat your meal. It made us feel like they did not trust us that we were going to pay for our order.
The manager was wearing sportswear, even the reception was dressed more formal.
There was a sanitation stand next to the elevator, but it was empty for a day and a half (even after making the staff aware of it).
The communication is very poor, and the there is room to improve on the professionalism. Not a 4* service at all.
BUT I'm going for a 1 star review as being paying customers we're unable the use the Wellness which is why we chose this hotel. You must register in advance to use the wellness (max 28 guests) and you must do this every day.
I'm telling you because you won't get this much information from anyone else.
The general manager answered my complaint suggesting the problem is with the receptionist not giving us the correct information while I believe the entire wellness system is wrong: paying customers can not enter an otherwise empty (and free) wellness section.
We will never be back here.
Disappointing.
The Hotel did not want to compensate for the inconvenience.
Spa area small. The infra cabin worked only for 5 min.
Breakfast was OK.
Rooms are Oke size but the pillows are flattened out.
Bit of wear and tear.
Quiet relaxing neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance. The room has a beautiful view of the city. The parking lot is very good. The hotel also has an outdoor pool. The hotel's garden also provides ideal relaxation for families with small children.
"Our room was facing the tennis court, so in the morning we were woken up by the bouncing tennis balls as people were playing."Read full review
