Stayed in that hotel many times during several years but all the time in the old building which I like because its all correct and more classic. This time stayed in Design building which is a bit strange with the bended floor and different kind of elevator operating, but in general its all fine too. Spa area is in the...

I chose this place because the majority of the reviews were positive and generally that's a safe guide to decision-making. After I had stayed here, I went back and looked more closely at the reviews and saw that the mast majority of the positive reviews go back quite a long time - several years - and, in my view, do...

Spent one week in a design room with lot of details in furniture though not always that practical. Food in the restaurant was very good and friendly service. Minor point is that you have to walk trough the rain, and we had the bad luck, to go from one building of the hotel to the other where breakfast is served...an...

Stayed there for 3 nights in the Design Apartments and was pretty satisfied with the services the hotel was offering. The staff was so nice and helpful. Perfect location, close to the beach and botanical garden with the unique amber museum, just several minutes to the main street. We enjoyed the SPA, the indoor swimming pool heated to +29C and...

The hotel really is in a league of its own not just because it does not have the formality or slightly pompous drama of many a Western 5 star hotel: the most refreshing and unusual fact about it is that it a spa with incredible facilities including an outdoor heated pool and sauna complex that is not full of women...

Stayed end of June 2006. Summary: Nice enough hotel, but never a 5 star, not child friendly and unsafe. Vastly over-priced for what it is. Appearance: looks nice, ok upkeep, not 5-star standard. One of the stars on the “5 Star” rating sign outside had dropped off, to show only 4 stars. For our entire stay this was never put...

We stayed 3 days in this hotel and it could have been very good if not its poor management. The hotel himself is modern with great facilities and in a beautiful scenery. We booked a standard double room but when arrived we asked to be upgraded as the room was very tiny and dark. To be honest, it’s worth paying...

Good stay in Palanga Spa, truly relaxing. Has nice spa area with swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor and indoor, different saunas plus not many people (I guess it's winter time..) such a perfect place to relax. Location of the hotel is good, close to the beach and restaurants. It feels safe and peaceful. Nice breakfast. And dinner in the restaurant was...
