Very good and helpful staff. Location is very good, next to Gate of Dawn and old town. Rooms are tidy and there is no problem with electrical outlets. Only thing, maybe I'm wrong but I was sure that i can pay with a credit card but it was impossible. I really recommended this place.

Although the hostel seemed ok in terms of facilities, the main thing which unfortunately affected the rest of my time in Lithuania, was that I left with 30+ bites from bed bugs in my (female-only) room - I know it was bed bugs as I had a friend staying in a different (male-only) room who was not affected, and I...

I was a bit apprehensive when I heard the price was only EUR 7 a night, the cheapest of six places I stayed at in the Baltics. I first wanted to stay at the B&B&B&B&B where I stayed before, but the cheapest options there were no longer available. Although quite a few of the - not so recent - comments...

I only stayed in this hostel as it was the only place that had free beds (no wonder) as booking.com managed to overbook us. At evening, lots of smelly old people at the reception. They looked like homeless. Very little english from Hodor and his buddy at the reception at night. Rooms: Very little space for the amount of people...

I stayed here in winter and it was most horrible place I have ever stayed! I took a separate room. It was so cold, I couldn't sleep. I had to wear clothes and take blankets from other beds. It was dirty and smelled horrible. Strange Russian people in a hole-way talking loud on a phone in the evening. Bathrooms were...

This hostel is basic in all it's senses. The staff is not very helpful, but they are there when you need them. The bedroom and bathroom are decent, but don't expect anything fancy because everything seems quite old. It's a good place if your budget is very limited and close to the supermarket and market.

As all the other reviews, i also have to ad that the location and price is great, but there was a creepy vibe from the other guests that seem to be mostly lone older men, perhaps Lithuanian or Russian.... We did not feel unsafe, just odd. But after a 2nd night, i woke up with some bite marks, at first...

Arrived at midnight and found that hostel quite close to the oldtown. At the reception we were waiting about 5 minutes as the old annoyed and drunken guy came and didn't speak English. Nevertheless we were tired and needed to get a bed. We such scared as we came into our room. Too small and messy with all that mattresses...

We went to this hostel because the girl in the Tourist Office recommended it, she said everyone goes to that hostel and it was really good. When we arrived it seemed like someone had fried a lot of fish, and we could smell all over the place. We got one private room for less than 25 euros, it was quite...
