Lovely hotel, lovely lads on reception and in the breakfast room! The breakfasts were good even though they burnt my pancakes one morning, and turned them over hoping I wouldn't notice! The rooms are all called after writers so we were in Hemingway which actually is a lovely big room, quiet and with a shower, although the rifle as decoration on the wall is a bit weird! Tasteless? The duvet was much, much too small for the bed, it was barely the size of the mattress, although mattress was comfy, bed was huge. We had to squash up in the middle of the bed to get covered with the duvet though. Not ideal! We even wore our (complimentary) dressing gowns to bed to be cosy! Reader, beware....use the safe, although we couldn't get it to work, as a pair of my earrings disappeared from my soap bag. Read what you want into that. The hotel said they haven't seen them. Of course they haven't.

We traveled to Vilnius as a family of three with our two year old son . We decided to stay at Shakespeare hotel because we wanted to be in a great location yet not on a busy and noisy street . Plus we always prefer boutique hotel to a big name one for its personal approach to guests . We were so happy with our choice ! As we arrived , the crib was already set up in our room and the staff was aware of our preferences. We had a room on the first floor and it was very convenient as we went for walks with a stroller . Best things about this hotel is service , free parking and breakfast was included. I would highly recommend this hotel and also would love to stay there again

Exalent hotel to stay in near Vilniusold town. Walking distance of the cathedral and Grand Duchy's castle, and the Užupis. 100 meters from the Pilies gatve street that has several restaurants for every taste. Hotel had Ala carte breakfast, room service, and excellent staff. Staff was more than helpful to guide us to different near by tourist attractions and even how to get there.

There are many great things about the hotel. The location is simply perfect, the theme catchy and the service really friendly, then again, many things need some re-freshment, as it seems that the hotel has lost track on other, newer **** star hotels in the same city or elsewhere. The rooms are outdated, as is the technology inside it. I couldn't get a bottle of water in the room, or the reception, so we had to walk to the nearest store and these are not necessarily things that I expect from a higher mid-level hotel with four stars.

Hands down the best hotel we stayed at during a 2 week roadtrip through the Baltics. I cannot recommend this hotel anymore. The rooms are very spacious. Beds are huge and very comfortable. The service is excellent and the breakfast (non-buffet style) is excellent. We found it very safe and reassuring to not have to deal with a chaotic breakfast buffet during a time of social distancing.
