We everything about this hotel -- the plant-filled atrium, the well-appointed room, the extensive breakfast buffet and the 16th Century historical details. We found the staff very accommodating. We used their Mercedes limo service to and from the airport; the driver did not speak much English but transported us on-time between the hotel and airport. The ground floor drawing rooms...

We had a great dialogue with the hotell up On arrival. We ordered their limoservice and got acceptace of it. On arrival we We're picked up by a rather shabby taxi rather than the promised Mercedes. It was apparently booked. The SPA treatment was very good, but the SPA area was not AS expected. Cold water in the bublebath and...

This hotel has very special atmoshpere. It was built in the 16th century and the original wall paintings can be seen in some parts of the building. Very nicely furnished comfortable rooms, helpful and professional staff. Nice breakfast. The location is perfect for tourists as it is in the very heart of the old town. Tourist spots can be reached...

We were pleasantly surprised when I entered the hotel. It oozed history and old world charm. Right from the restaurant which had period furniture and paneled walls to the rooms with a large bed and beautiful curtains, we fell in love with the place. The staff was impeccably polite, the location was perfect in front of the university in the...

My one request upon check-in was a quiet room. I received a second floor room on the main street directly over the restaurant. I was able to hear every word from the room next door for the entire stay. One night I was kept awake by the party in the restaurant below and the next night, kept awake late by...

I don't remember the hotel I stayed previously, but Narutis is a hotel you will remember for sure! Maybe not very eye catching from outside it is stunningly beautiful inside: building, design, rooms and above all the staff! Highly recommend!

What isn't there to love about this hotel? Built in 1581 it is a real gem, an amazing building with a cellar restaurant. It has atmosphere, it is stylish & opulent. The staff are so friendly and helpful, you don't want for anything. We had a huge suite which even had it's own steam room. Spa, pool, steam rooms etc....

Very nice hotel! We arrived late but was very well received :). Great rooms! Breakfast hall was wonderful! Good food, but after a few days rather monotonous .. we were 5 nights and last day ordered breakfast in the room .. then we discovered that they made omelette! It was very good and should clearly be offered in the breakfast...

It's very charming , boutique hotel in the middle of old town . We spent a night in a beautiful junior suit . All staff at the hotel work so hard to make your stay memorable. Always have been greeted with a smile and nothing was too much for them . Dinner at the restaurant was very good . Also...

I have been at Vilnius 6 years ago. So I was very happy to start 2017 by some trips to this pefect town. My first trip was in January in very cold days (-27 degrees), so I was awaiting for spring and for next short trip. My old schoolmate Ludmila followed me, and we booked nice superior room with two...
