I was sceptical after reading the reviews but I took a chance cos the price was cheap. I was right in my decision. The hostel was easily reached from the bus station by bus no. 34. The room was spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and well organized. I have no problem with the bathroom as many...

The rooms were basic. I have stayed in better 'hostels' during my travels. There were no curtains or sheets on the bed when I arrived, but the management provided it promptly. The bathrooms are shared and the drainage was not at its peak when I visited.

The hostel is located in the most cosy and interesting part of the city (for me at least) - Uzupis district with its galleries, cosy restaurants and cafes, its old nice buildings and almost suburb, quiet atmosphere (although the place located near Old Town, in the center!). When I booked a single room I never expected it would be like...

A nice hostel with a quirky outbuilding, facilities clean, good safe lockers provided next to reception, but nothing in the room. Staff weren't the friendliest but we're happy to help, the kitchen is small but has everything you need. Just be warned if you're looking for something close to the town centre this is not the hostel for you, it...

I stayed for four nights, and it was a great place to stay if you value sleep. By that, I mean that you probably won't be hooking up with fellow travelers there for a raucous night out, but having peace and quiet of course is the trade off. It's a nice little hostel, but as previous comments have said, it's...

Standard hostel, nothing special. Can do for a couple of nights. The hostal is located in a good place of Vilnius, Užupis, which is said to be a country within a country. Rather quite place and is 15 minutes from the Old Town. Bad points: there was some REALLY noisy guys staying at the hostel shouting until 4 am and...

Located a 15 minute walk from the city centre Filaretai is a basic hostel that needs a bit of love. The showers area isn't amazing and the hostel is lacking a special touch but the staff are friendly and helpful and there was nothing majorly wrong with the hostel.

The hostel was very functional, there were enough showers and toilets. Also the kitchen was good and they had a big dining area. Lockers for backpacks and suitcases were big enough and you could rent a towel for free. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostel was very clean, rooms and toilets were tidy. Wifi was good and...

We staying in this hostel, not for the first time and every year it gets even better! It's very cheap, so affordable for everybody. Stuff very sweet and welcoming, everything is pretty clean. Our room (6 beds) was huge, with lots of windows. Wifi is everywhere in the hostel, but it's a bit slow:)
