Being a backpacker that visited 55 countries, I stayed in more than three hundred places around the world but I still always remember the loveliest places I ever stayed. Some of them are really special and this hostel is one of them. Well the first review on tripadvisor was before the management changed so I feel sorry for these guys,...

I stayed at the Old Town Backpackers, and it was awesome!! It's a very special small place with just one space that is the living room and bedroom and the amazing kitchen, and makes you feel at home! You will get the feeling like you're staying in a house of a friend. Eagle, the manager is amazing, very friendly and...

Visited here in the middle of May and it was great. It was a cosy and warm place in an excellent location in the old town. It had a good kitchen and bathroom facilities. The staff were very helpful and even posted my jacket to me after I left it behind. Would stay here again :)

The staff are great and extremely helpful, the hostel is clean, with good shower and washing facilities. The rooms are decent, though there is limited plug sockets which was bit of a problem. Nightlife was great, bands playing and cheap beer!!! Happy hour 1 euro pints says it all, would stay again. Walking distance to everything you need to see....

I was travelling to Tallinn in the end of September 2013 and was staying in this hostel for 5 days. I know this special hostel from the past and stay here whenever I am in Tallinn if there is free space available. The hostel has a good feeling of "home" plus this hostel was one of the first backpacker's hostel...

Our new favorite place to stay in Tallinn. Staff was nice and helpful (Thanks Egle!), kitchen had everything we needed, location was perfect, bathtub was a dream come true and we just had the best time here! This hostel felt like you were invited to friends living room.

We stayed in a private room (within a 3-room apartment) which was located just beside a part of city walls, only a few steps from the Town Hall. The room was specious, clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped. And the price was reasonable for this quality and location. Highly recommended!

Aside from the staff - that was anyway absent and unhelpful, and from the cleanliness - the toilet smelled and the kitchen was filthy, that we might have expected, considering the price, what we didn't expect was to get rubbed during the night, while we were in our beds. Apparently the door was left open (the hostel is just one...
