Nice place next the town wall of medieval Tallinn. Great location, close to the railway station. The bed´s softness was just right for me :) Personal was friendly and helpful. The only strange thing was asking to give my credit card into the reception as a warrant!???? I refused :)

This hotel was fine for our purposes. The building is ancient. On the top floor we had an unusual high window and slanted ceiling. But it was comfortable and clean and roomy enough. I can imagine in hot weather it could be a problem. There was an electric fan which we certainly didn't need with cool weather. Smallest elevator ever!

When we checked in we were greeted (maybe an exaggeration) by a rather miserable young guy at reception. I had specifically requested a quiet room but we were given room 305 - backing on to a busy and noisy main road. A single hobbit would have been claustrophobic in that room. You could have "swung a cat" in it but...

My husband and I went to the Baltic pearl for some days of vacation. It's not the first time and definitely not the last time we will go to Tallinn, but we will not stay at this hotel again, at all. The hotel is situated absolutely perfect in the city close by the Old Town and the bed we slept...

Great location in Old Town but very disappointed with the hotel room. It was tiny, hot and very noisy, being (as we discovered) on a very busy main road at the back. We asked for a quieter room with a double bed and got a smaller, twin room on the 3rd floor. Not quite what we expected! Desk staff quite...

Very nice hotel at 5 minutes walking from the old town's main square. Tiny but cosy rooms with very small bathroom. Breakfast could be improved with continental ingredients (no croissants or cakes available). Wi-FI works perfectly. Efficient and very kind staff people.

Loved the lication. Room was small ,but adequate. Worked out great except house cleaning did nit replace toilet paper. Requested it twice. First time front desk said would take care of it. They didn't. Requested later same day and we were told that housekeeping was gone.No staff could authorize toilet paper. She seemed quite unconcerned about it. Breakfast was fine and...

Great location in the Old Town near Fat Margaret tower. Not spacious, but nice and quiet room, comfort bed, clean towels. We liked it! Poor breakfast with very little variety. Small room, but it was enough for us.

Unfortunately, our room smelled like vomit. Nothing was done about this. My husband's medication was stolen from the room on the first day. Other than that, we enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was friendly. They were happy to call a cab or direct us to train and bus stations. The location was superb and it was very easy to...

The hotel itself looks very romantic. The location is perfect - right in the old town. The room is small, but cozy. There was a lot of choice offered in breakfast, and it was very good! The staff, however, is not that friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a low-cost stay for young couples!
