We loved this "hotel" in Tartu. We thought it was more like an Inn because of its charm and décor. The location was up the hill from the city center but an easy walk. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast divine and the service impeccable. One of us left something valuable in the room and the Margaretha sent it back... More

We stayed 1 night in this hotel whilst exploring the town. It is cosy, and very tastefully appointed. Bedroom and bathroom were clean, light and airy. We had to carry our own cases, which were quite heavy, up a very steep staircase to our room on the first floor. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. Buffet breakfast was... More

We stayed for a couple of nights and loved Tartu and the hospitality of the hotel staff. We arrived at 14.30 with two starving kids after 4 hrs driving along one-lane roads in the rain. They don't go in for motorways in Estonia, let alone places to stop for lunch! We had only half-an-hour to check in and eat before... More

This is absolutely the best looking hotel in Tartu that i've seen. Very cosy and tastefully decorated rooms, especially suites. Breakfast is served at the cellar restaurant or to the terrace in summer. Food is rather better then average good and i hope that vegetarian varieties will improve soon. Very friendly staff! Thank you all!

We had a junior suite which was two stories! Fun and relaxing. Close to town but was outside of the city center. Free parking on premise. Friendly staff. This hotel was recommended by a colleague and we were not disappointed.

Nice hotel with good style and good service. Good for travellers by car, as there is a car park in the yard of the hotel. Hotel is in a silent street, but not far from Tartu center. So if you want a calm leisure, it is worth it to stay here.

It's nicely located. In a good area very close to the town central. Rooms are tidy and very well maintained. Beds are really comfortable. We got a room viewing the yard, so even had private access to our room which was quite nice don't have to go through reception all the time :-) Breakfast choice is good and very tasty.... More

Wooden house with squirking floors but no ghosts. Nice breakfast where you can enjoy salmon and heering while listening to Radio Retro. A little distance from the center but within 10 minutes you are at the main square.

Peacefull night in beautifull old villa. Our room was in 2nd floor, small, but adequate. Walls were very thin but luckily We had quiet neighbours. We valued peacefull location a bit out the center (15 min walk). Breakfast was good, but we did find some mould in the bread and almost all stuff was running out.
