Stayed one night here on the first floor. The only complaint I have about my whole experience is the lack of curtains in my room. I don't like having someone staring back from across the courtyard when I'm trying to relax! Otherwise this hotel is in a great location, everywhere I wanted to visit was easily walkable. The staff were...

Very clean hotel in excellent part of town, very historical, next to St Peter's church. One thing to warn about is the level of noise at night from outside which made it unbearable on the Friday night (nothing on Saturday remarkably). Good breakfast, would return.

Excellent Location Staff amazing - friendly and knowledgeable, really made our trip! Beautiful old building. We were slightly cold but staff put a heater in our room as soon as we mentioned this! Breakfast ok. Smell of drains outside hotel.

This was a wonderful find, especially for the price. The whole places breathes history. It has kept its character. Nooks and crannies everywhere, spaces to sit and read. Loved it. Room was large. Sparsely furnished but more than adequate. View out of window was straight onto st peters church and the square. Did only have net curtain so not totally...

Part of the convent complex in the square behind St Peter’s Church, this wonderful little hotel oozes history. Our room on the top floor had a view of the church and people rubbing the noses of the Bremen ‘town musicians’ statue. There is a modern, flashier hotel in the convent as well, but I am very pleased to have stayed...

Location of hotel was great, rooms with a view, quaint hotel with wonderful little nooks, friendly staff, close to everything. The city is clean, friendly, food is awesome. Good shopping, lots of history, and fun things to explore.

The hotel is based very centrally in Riga, so most sights are within walking distance. The room was quite traditional, pretty, and very comfortable. We also chose to have breakfast at the hotel, which was a large buffet that would suit most tastes! Overall, we had a really pleasant stay!

I booked this hotel late on Friday evening for a stay on Saturday. It was very reasonably priced for its location.. It was so easy to find and to use as a base for exploring Riga. We arrived extremely early on Saturday morning and the receptionist was very helpful and took our luggage into storage. Later in the stay we...

it's completely impossible to sleep in this hotel trough the night. Its so noisy!! You'll find better place in the street for sleep that in this hotel. p.s. There have no umbrelas, no coffee, no brekfast under the roof (you must go to different place to eat some pitiful breakfast). Riga is quite adorable but not from this place. Never...

I have nothing to add to the previous reviews re. location, etc. I just wish to add that the two girls who "maned" the desk the days we were there could not have been more helpfull/friendly. They made it a pleasure every time we walked in or out.
