Tired and dated but Dellis makes your stay great, especially if you're into rugby lol. Warm and clean. Close to amenities and ferry. There is no room service but Dellis is only to happy to help with anything you need.

We stayed here for two nights. When we returned to the motel on the second day our room had not been serviced. I rang the manager and she said we should have asked if we had wanted it done and that she only did it every two days. I expressed my surprise at this and told her we had not...

First time to the South Island and I was a bit confused using a new app for making reservations. We did great with the ferry over and had planned on staying right in Picton after disembarking. Admiral's was right near the port and when we arrived at reception it was closed - we were considerably earlier than the 2:00 PM...

Good location, good size bedroom in good condition. Breakfast was a very limited menu. Would be pleased to recommed. Picton has very limited accommodation options so this is a good choice. When in picton visit whaling museum close to hotel.

The place is much better in a reality than on the photos. It is very cosy and super clean place. We stayed in a pretty, bright and spacious room number 4 (as I remember well the number). I have seen other rooms and there was only one which was a bit dark. There was all what we needed to stay...

Friendly check in. Lots of choices on hot drinks . Spacious room. Sunny clean breakfast lounge and well stocked with cereals yoghurt toast and fresh coffee for self service. Quiet. Easy free parking. Loved the welcome chocolates. Bathroom and toilet a bit cramped.

We booked hotel for one night on our way back to Wellington. The building and furnishing are older but in good condition. It's a good value for this city. We did not expect breakfast because we had to leave hotel at 7:00 am. Sharp. We were pleasantly surprised when the manager offered to have breakfast ready for us at 6:30...

A comfortable queen room with everything you need for a night or two in Picton. Close walking distance to places for dinner. Dellis the host is just lovely and very friendly. We took advantage of the lounge room to eat our takeaway dinner from down the street and watch the rugby in the evening. The help yourself continental breakfast was...

Arrived late, and left early next morning, but found staff very accommodating and friendly. Location was perfect to stopover from the ferry, and easy to find. Facility a bit dated, but seemed well maintained and certainly adequate for my needs. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was fine. Would certainly stay again when travelling through.
