About the property Colonial house recently refurbished to accommodate tourists. Belonging to a young Cuban couple with two children. Accommodation We have two comfortable rooms with air conditioning and private bathroom, hot and cold water, fridge, safe Common areas, services and activities It presents sitting area, dining room and terrace are on offer gastronomic service with typical Cuban and international food, laundry service, cocktail bar, taxi. Also we provide a wide range of activities including dance classes, horseback riding to exotic places of the Cuban landscape, massage, water sports and diving in the beautiful coral reefs of the south coast. Surroundings The house is located a few blocks from the Plaza Mayor, the main center of the historical center of the town of Trinidad, where you can visit museums and cultural centers where it is exposed the most authentic of our folklore to learn more about our culture and traditions. We were in this Casa particulare. Host was really nice and she helped to organize us everything that we need. We had a nice trip to beach Playa Ancon. Also she recomended us good restaurant that we went to eat, named San Jose. It is 5 min to walk there.

God casa for the price, the room is clean and the breakfast is good. The air condition is just a little bit noisy. The owners are nice and helpful. Trinidad is just owesome, there is something realy special ih this small city

The house is brand new and it's been built by the owner with the level of detail that you only see when someone builds their own home to live in. The rooms are very clean and have a lot of space and light. We stayed in hotels that were double the price and half the size. The rooms get cleaned daily. The air conditioning is nice and quiet. They also offer free wifi. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The location is amazing, right in the city center and it's at the best part of Trinidad. We slept with our balcony door open to get a nice breeze and hear the birds in the morning. Most importantly the owners are very friendly and helpful and do everything to make sure you have an amazing time. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location & Wifi service to the top!!!!!! Stunning property in the best location possible in Trinidad is close to everything...2 minutes walking to ,restaurants, bars,shopping,atv-car rentals, bus stop, etc.The property is new, the room was very clean with AC, spacious and comfortable, cozy. The new kitchen is equiped with your basic needs. The bathroom is modern and comes with a rainshower. The last but not the least Mr. Lyosman the owner (host) of was BRILLIANT. He couldn't be more helpful! Any assistance was always available.He arranged for us transportation,excursions and reservations. He recommended a fantastic restaurants and excursions was on hand with any issues we encountered and really made our visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The whole experience was first-rate! Thank you for making us feel at Home!…

Our bedroom in the ground floor, was very quiet and had the main essentials, including AC, and the breakfast very exquisite. The location is very good in the midlle of town, what allowed us to share a very charming dinner and assist for a while some music and dance on the Casa de Musica.

We spent here three nights during our staying in Trinidad and we absolutely loved it! The room we stayed in was huge, very clean, comfortable and quiet. Located near the upper terrace where we spent some time every night for a drink before going to sleep and the atmosphere was very intimate and relaxing. The breakfast was wonderful: fresh fruit, croissants, cookies, fresh coffee, fruit juices etc. They also offer laundry service, which we used, and it was fast and cheap. The family and the staff who run the house are very welcoming and kind, we have had a great time here and it's been a pleasure to meet them. If you're looking for a house to stay in Trinidad you won't regret to choose this one.

This was my first time staying in Trinidad, Cuba and I am sure glad that I got to stay here. My room was on the top floor of the house. It was very large with its own bathroom and a much need air conditioner. The room was cleaned daily. The provided breakfast was a typical Cuban breakfast: freshly squeezed Joyce, fresh fruit, bread, eggs, and sweet bread. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. We even had them cook us several dinners which were much better than the ones we ate in local restaurants. The drinks they prepared were very tasty. I would stay here again and would strongly recommend that others do.

a full immersion in the warmth of central Cuba, at its best: Yanin is very friendly, supportive, direct in the way she acts with the guests. we were treated very well AND with semplicity: a mix that is not always available, in any kind of accomodation. Talking about the "hardware", the house is perfectly located, the rooms are well sized, clean and comfortable, the PATIO is a great joy.
