I booked a room through Booking.com with a valid credit card. The hotel checked my credit card and it was denied. The reservation was then cancelled. They sent me an email to that effect which I didn't see because I was travelling. A phone call or text would have been more direct. I rebooked a room when I arrived with...

I was excited to be visiting Washington, DC and spending a few days near the local tourist spots. I was very disappointed in my hotel. The room was spacious and clean however the noise from the hall and other rooms was unacceptable. I stayed on the 7th floor far from the elevators. Several times my sleep was disturbed from guest...

Watch out for resort fees (which gets you internet and bottled water = rediculous) above the booking price and their so-called "green" program which means basically you get no room services (bed made up; towels; etc) unless you do the legwork and ask for it each day. For the money you pay, they should provide FULL services without a visitor...

Restaurant was closed for the week, jackhammers started at 6:30 in the morning, maid service knocked on our door every morning before 8 AM... on a good note the rooms were clean and nice and spacious. Staff very friendly even when waking you up. They gave us free Internet...

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Location was convenient to the Mall area and the food was very good. Rooms must have thin walls b/c we could hear folks on both sides of us late in the evening. I would appreciate parking discount for customers staying at the hotel for the weekend. Also, would be nice to be invited to Happy Hour...

Nice hotel - very modern, but if you want a full breakfast the only way to get it is through room service which is VERY expensive. Otherwise "grab n go items (also expensive are available at 7am! Not the best place for early morning business travelers

Good stay. Great staff and location for what we were attending and close to transportation. There was a little store almost next to the hotel that had several items we were in need of. Close to Union Station.
