I always stay at the Capital Hilton when I come to DC (I come about 6 times a year for work). This trip the Capital Hilton was sold out so I selected this hotel because I am a Hilton Honors member. I loved this hotel because of the location, and the staff was VERY nice. Every time I walked into...

The decor of the hotel is dated! I think it is due for a renovation. The bigger problem I have with the hotel is the housekeeping. My room was really not too clean. There were spots on the bed cover and the carpet is in pretty bad shape (lots of dirty spots). Some of the towels are not clean -...

Great location. Literally across the street from McPherson Metro station. 10 minute walk to White House, African Museum, American History Museum and more. Convenient to restaurants and other amenities. The only problem I had was that the Furnace was a bit noisy. It was warm when I got there and then turned cold. So I believe it had not been...

Stayed for one night last on Wednesday. The staff was great and enthusiastic to help with recommendations and speedy service. The property was mediocre at best. No complementary breakfast, and austere room. View of the rooftop and air conditioners (hate it). Good location downtown. For the money (expensive) I expected more.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn near 14th and I Street, is always a very pleasant experience. I have stayed at this hotel almost exclusively on my trips to WDC over the past nine years. The staff is always friendly, professional and they always make me feel welcomed from the minute I walk through the door.

This hotel was not new as far as the room decor was concern. The following was what I like about this hotel 1. Service was friendly. Reception was courteous to provide free upgrade of wi-fi when I told them it was slow. Waiters were attentive at restaurants. 2. Complimentary morning tea and coffee in the lobby and ice water throughout...

The room was OK..they have "Air" beds and one side didn't work. The room.service was not so good and as a Gold Elite member we had a view of the alley.. Wouldn't recommend. .as we paid over $350 a night.

Jasmine and big guy in the evening/late afternoon (sorry forgot your name) - both very helpful. We were able to upgrade to a one bedroom suite - thank you again. The suites are dark but the space is great - quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here, the hotel is well situated to all the attractions. We walked to all...
