We've stayed in many Residence Inns. This one wasn't my favorite. We had a studio room on the end and the setup was a bit awkward. There were 2 adults, 2 kids. The biggest challenge was the bathroom. The toilet and shower were together, but the shower had see through glass doors. For a room that is intended for a...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Nicole! I apologize about the issues you encountered during your stay with us. Some of our rooms do have tubs with shower curtains so you're correct - those might be a little better for those wanting to use the bathroom while someone is also showering. We have been very...

The Residence Inn was a pleasant place to stay while inside the D.C. Downtown area. The rooms have a queen bed and a full kitchen with ice maker in the refrigerators and there is a sofa bed. The bath was large and there were fluffy towels. The maids cleaned very well each morning. I would stay here again. It is...

The hotel staff was amazing! Friendly and focused on customer service. They did everything with a smile and made my kids feel like rock stars whenever they saw them. The breakfast was amazing (hot and cold buffet) and the evening reception was more than expected, full appys and drinks. If you need suite style to accommodate your family I recommend...

I love the hotel, breakfast and staff. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious with kitchenette. Hotel is in good location, next to cvs pharmacy, few blocks to metrorail station and closer to metro bus stops. Wholefoods supermarket is few blocks from the hotel. Staff are very friendly and of much help, especially the Manager and kitchen mamas. I will stay...

I stayed at this hotel for 3 months for business. The staff was very friendly the location is excellent with a CVS, Starbucks, restaurants next door. The capital and museums are within walking distance. The rooms are spacious with maid service daily. Breakfast is excellent with manager specials Monday thru Wednesday. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Our stay at the Residence Inn was great. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was robust, hot and consistently refilled, the location was very convenient to many things and the room was clean and spacious. The good: Bed was comfortable. Kitchen/ kitchen facilities were good (had everything, stovetops, pots, pans, knives etc.). Service was smooth/ efficient. The so-so:Breakfast was standard (eggs, sausages, toast, coffee & tea, fruits etc) but was hoping for hotcakes/ waffles/ bacon and more cereal options (i.e. only cheerios & granola), wifi connections were reasonable (surfing was fine, whatsapp calls were not...
