My family and I visited DC for a long weekend to celebrate my mother-in-law. Our stay at the Lyle was nothing short of amazing. JOHNNY, the concierge, was the BEST! He treated my family like royalty. The hotel, restaurant and valet were 5 star. Johnny went above and beyond to make my kids and my handicap mother-in-law happy. The rooms were spacious and this was the only hotel to guarantee joined rooms. The food, drinks and Marcus at the restaurant did not disappoint. Thank you for a great experience. This hotel is a gem in a fantastic, iconic DC neighborhood. After a long business trip, I checked in at Lyle to meet up with friends for a night. I was a bit weary when I checked in and was greeted by Johnny who was absolutely fantastic! It was the first time in long time I felt taken care of at a hotel. The rooms were extremely well appointed. I cannot wait to come back for another stay. Thank you Johnny!

We had the most wonderful stay at the Lyle Hotel. Johnny and the other front desk staff went above and beyond to make our trip special for my birthday. The service and experience were unlike anything we have had in a very long time. Our room was fabulous- best hotel beds, restaurant onsite had wonderful food and drinks. Johnny brought our girls a special ice cream treat and they felt like true princesses! I can’t say enough good things about this visit! We can’t wait to return during our next visit to DC.

Staff was super friendly and courteous. They were so helpful when we pulled up in our rental car and had to stage it outside while we were lucky enough to get an early check in. The room we had was outstanding and very comfortable. Loved having the nespresso machine.

Johnny, the front desk supervisor was superb! The entire hotel and room was clean, the staff was kind and ready and willing to assist . Jonny really did a great job at making sure all of my accommodations were met. I will be staying with the Lyle again!

We have never stayed at the Lyle Hotel and were impressed with it. The service we received was impeccable. They go over and above to make you feel welcome. We hate at the Lyle Restaurant while there for a few breakfasts as well as dinner and the food and service was excellent. We hopefully will be back next year.

What an amazing week we spent at the Lyle. The beds and pillows just sucked you in for the most comfortable sleep ever. The room was spotlessly clean and house keeping visited daily. The lovely smelling complimentary toiletries were of a high standard. ALL of the staff were polite, professional and helpful. The location is perfect for tourists, in a beautiful leafy neighborhood. The local metro station was a 5 minute walk. I can't think of a single negative comment to make. I'd 100% return without hesitation. ❤️❤️

The hotel and bar were lovely, but sadly the service was very slow and guest services was largely unresponsive when we called with requests. We had to wait quite a bit for requests to be fulfilled. Otherwise we would have given a 5 star review.
