Everything was relatively smooth. Check in as mentioned in prior reviews is through individual desks. The room, Premier One Bedroom, was spacious though on the east side was a bit noisy due to 31st street traffic on Saturday night. Food at the restaurant was delicious and service was superb. Location of hotel was convenient to all points of interest. The...

You would never think that when you are staying at a Ritz, a past life for the property would be so trashy. But this former incinerator (still towering over the property) with an excellent DC Georgetown location is posh. After a welcoming checkin with Daniel, and a tour hosted by our Bell Man, we walked the same bricked corridor as...

I used to stay at the Four Seasons in Georgetown until I found the Ritz Carlton. Perhaps as I was staying with my family and the hotel does such a great job catering to kids is why. They had a "smors station" set up early evening for the kids while the adults drank martinis. Nice touch. Its seems very new...

This hotel provided an extraordinary experience for our family. This was by far the nicest and most helpful staff our family has encountered from the doorman to the concierge. The bell hops went out of their way to help us, and the waitress at the hotel restaurant gave our children travel snacks as we left. The hotel even sent our...

I was attending a one day meeting at this hotel and was very impressed by the location, the rooms and the attentiveness of the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the time of check-in to the time of departure. Rooms were clean, well appointed, with comfortable beds, elegant bathroom and usable desk with plenty of accessible plugs for charging...

i have stayed at various RCs throughout the years and i was disappointed with the RC Georgetown. At check-in, I was offered to upgrade to a larger room. I asked the price and was told $200 for the upgrade. I confirmed this was the total price. As I was being shown the room (it didn't work for me), I asked...

If you are looking for a luxurious hotel with quick access to the main areas of Georgetown, while also being a bit secluded from the hustle and bustle, I highly recommend this hotel. It is cozy, private, and intimate, with a very friendly staff. We booked a large deluxe room for a quick weekend away. To our surprise and delight,...

My boyfriend surprised me with A) a proposal and B) a night at the Ritz! I have never been to any other Ritz-Carltons before. My experience was absolutely one of luxury. Upon arrival, we were offered our choice of water or champagne (I'll take some bubbly, thanks), and freshly baked boutique cupcakes. Woh. Am I in heaven? We always have...

What a cool hotel! It is just a block off M St. in Georgetown (which means walking access to all great sites, bars, restaurants, and shops) and is in a rehabbed city incinerator! The all red brick hotel is so unique and very beautiful and has a distinct historic ambiance to it, which is perfect for DC and Georgetown. The...
