I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental for three nights at the start of November for our Annual Summit. In terms of the room mine was fantastic. It was a corner room and was really spacious. Really comfy bed, a lovely little study table and also a relaxing area with a chaise longue. The bathroom was also a great size and...

We stayed here for a 2-day conference. What a delightful and restful place to stay. This is a lovely, quiet, high class place to stay. Close the the Smithsonian metro stop and the National Mall. It was great for the conference.

Stayed for a long weekend with my family (kids ages 5-12). Great location near Washington Monument. Near Tidal Basin great for a run. Staff aims for superlative service and usually succeeds (kudos to front desk mgr Holly, front desk staffer Wil, concierge staff Jack/Lynne/Orlando and hostess Candida). From valet park to check in to the comfortable, quiet, spacious rooms, fantastic...

This was my first time visiting a Mandarin Oriental, and I now have a new favorite! From the moment I stepped out of my car, I was greeted with a level of service that truly reflected 5-star standards and uncompromising hospitality. From the friendly curbside greeting of the smiling and very personable bell staff, to the genuine welcome of the...

The hotel itself is gorgeous. We stayed in a City View room. It was very large and had a fabulous bathroom. The service was AMAZING! From the minute we arrived to check in to the minute we left we were treated like family. I would stay her again for the service alone. It is a little off the beaten path...

Truly an exceptional experience. From amenities to staff, every aspect was simply outstanding. I can envision that I could have had a more positive experience at any other hotel. The staff especially was well trained...courteous, pleasant and anticipatory. Top notch!

I've been to this location for several meetings and events over the past few years and have never been disappointed. Always relaxing and comfortable although it's geared to corporate meetings. Easy access and beautiful surroundings if you care to venture out and away from the meetings for a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend Mandarin Oriental!

We host in this hotel for 5 days. The rooms are well equipped and with quality. The brochure of the hotel suggest brakefast till 1100. At 1045 they removed the brakefast without any attention to us that we was in the restaurant. They asked 15 dollar for Wi-Fi per day. for room rate of 400 dollars per day it is...

Chose the location due to the closeness to the Mall, Martin Luther King & Abe Lincoln monuments. Hotel staff were all excellent. We didn't opt for breakfast, as the Starbucks is next door! However, we did order room service. 3 meals all arrived within 30 mins and with the high standards expected from an Oriental. The luxurious bathroom was a...

This is a gorgeous hotel - everyone is very nice. When my room wasn't ready when I went to check in, I was given the option of showering and changing in the wonderful spa downstairs - which was even stocked with a curling iron! The bathroom was beautiful, and the room so comfortable. Great views. The location of this hotel...
