This hotel seemed ok at first. It was definitely a budget hotel, but the staff were so rude. Also there is no elevator, and my room was 4 floors up. The dust is so bad that its hard to breath, and there seems to be cats running around the building.

I booked a room from your hotel at the price of $198.00(before tax), I am overcharged at the checkout with the price of $220.00. I checked in on 5/9/17 with one room at 4th floor, and found that there was no Internet (WIFI) available in the room at all and phone did not work either. The WIFI interruption lasted to...

When me and my family stayed here we had no wifi the rooms were so small. When we looked out the window we saw a hallway. There was a cat and the vending machine was dirty. The bathrooms were small. The beds were hard as a brick. The lamps were cracked. It wasn't that much light. They don't accept cash. There...

We stayed here for a few nights. It's not too far from the Dupont Circle metro and you can walk down to the White House and other sites if you don't mind the walk. It has quite tired décor and could do with the cobwebs being cleaned in the corners but for what you paid in DC, it was fine....

You would be SHOCKED to know this boutique hotel is owned by Embassy Suite Corp. There is a sister boutique hotel down the street called the Embassy that is a better choice. In this hotel there is no elevator. You may be on the fourth floor, so be sure to ask. I booked for a minimum full size bed and...

What can I say, good hotel and a rather cheap price. I felt the service and attention to detail were on par with the star rating. Quite impressed with the rooms. I would certainly stay here again if passing through. Andrew

Clean and convenient. Not large, but served it's purpose. Reasonable rate in good part of town. Great for a short stay. Would stay again if I had the need. Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet. Coffee/ tea in lobbym

My first impression was not good, but the place grew on me. It's old and worn, but clean. My room was tiny, only about 18 inches of room on each side of the bed. It's in an excellent location - within a few blocks of dozens of restaurants, bars, etc., and a $10 Lyft ride from the National Mall. There's...

If you require some up-scale hotel, with décor that slavishly aligns with what's bland, and super-professional everything this is not the place for you. Windsor Inn is funky and cozy. It has a darling cat who lives in the old-world lobby. The décor definitely is older, and perhaps a little shabby. But it's charming. This won't be some place you...

Once you adjust your expectations accordingly, this is a great bargain for a European-style little hotel. I needed an affordable place at the last second, and this fit the bill admirably. Do not expect four-star amenities. There is a friendly lobby cat named Mimi, which for me is a *superb* amenity. There's coffee, and my small room was scrupulously clean....
