Sandy and Zach are rocking the Cure bar. Best Cosmo and conversation in Washington D.C. Can't wait to return. After dinner or cocktail before bed, they are the real deal. Good take back to your room Noche

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Wed (1/18) thru Sun 1/22 for the Inauguration and surrounding events. Our room was on the 10th floor looking out over the street - prime location for viewing motorcades streaming by and then the hubbub of the Women's March on Washington. We kept our room fan on low at night so as not to...

This is a well located and large property right in NW DC very close to the very nice and new City Center DC complex which makes it a good option. As with many Grand Hyatt's in the US the property is aging and looks to mask that with a new faucet here and a granite countertop there but the design...

Small room with two double beds, filthy dated bathroom, cheap bath towels and linens. Duvet cover is basically a sheet with an open flap, providing no real barrier from used comforter. I would never recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.

With DC being so busy, hotel prices are high.. and this one was >$400/night. Wanted to stay at a Hyatt given HGP status to get lounge access, and other Hyatt properties in DC proper were sold out. Was expensive, esp. including >$50/night parking. Rooms were fine, standard Hyatt hotel beds, linens, tolietries, TV... nothing better here. Lounge was ok...very busy...

We stayed for 3 nights while attending a business and conference and doing some site-seeing. The hotel lobby is rather stunning, and the staff were very helpful upon check-in. We accidentally reserved a hand-cap access room on the first floor, but the staff switched us to a normal room on the 10th floor. Rooms either look out on the city...

We had a voucher for a free night stay. Marcie at check-in was very pleasant and friendly. We had a room on the 9th floor, facing inside the atrium. Be careful to leave your curtains closed when you're changing, as anyone across the way can see inside your room. Our TV wasn't working, so we called down to the front...
