Traveled with my husband to conference here. During day, I hopped on Big D bus right around the corner. Concierges were very helpful to help me decide on tour and places to visit. At night, we (group) walked to nice restaurants. I even browsed in several of the street's fabulous stores. Check in and out was fast. Staff was friendly...

We took a family trip to DC and had no idea where to stay. Based on the location and a a few convincing reviews, we stayed at the Grand Hyatt. The location couldn't have been better! Quick walk to everything you want to see and do. I recommend staying on the Club Level. The rooms were standard, nothing fancy. Your...

We had a great experience - polite and helpful staff. We used the pool - which was little small and crowded with kids, but it was for our 6 yo so that was ok with us. It was also on a stop for D.C. Trails hop on and hop off bus which we used to get around.

Location is good, as it's close to tourist attractions and easy to access metro. Services are ok. Furniture in bedroom needs maintenance as glides of one of the drawers was broken, the drawer was dropped on my feet when I pulled it out.

Location was great, we walked to all museums and restaurants that we wanted to see. Check in was fast and the staff (Andrew) was kind and helpful. We stayed 4 nights on the 8th floor overlooking, I believe 11th street. The first two nights, which were week nights the street was quiet, but on the week-end an unassuming office building...

The beds were comfy, room was clean and attempt was made at making it appear modern (although it was quite clearly an old hotel that has been done up). However, the sound insulation was bad - we were very aware of our noisy neighbours slamming doors and screaming late at night which kept us awake. We also waited 20mins to...

The bathtub was clogged every time we took shower. We had the same problems last year in the same hotel. There was too much noise in the hallways (kids running and grown ups talking loud) during early hours and late night. We could. Not have good night sleep for three nights

The hotel is beautiful and well decorated with plenty of seating in the lobby, a restaurant with delicious food and a Starbucks, along with shoe polishing, a garage, sauna and more. The rooms were clean and everyone we came into contact with was wonderful! The only small disappointment was the pool. It's very small and was overrun with kids so...

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful and the location was within walking distance or a quick drive to all of the museums and monuments. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
