The mattresses were great and firm. The shower was wonderful and strong; and the gym rivaled a Life Time Fitness facility (not just a universal and a treadmill). But I got a room with no view (#1067) and it cost more than $300 per night for 3 nights as part of a Conference "deal". The hotel staff was accommodating and...

This is a nicely kept hotel in a very convenient location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are not giant, but they are comfortable. Beware of parking, it is a giant pain. Your best bet is to take a cab from the airport. If you must drive, self-park (valet is $53 per night!). Be sure you are...

This is an wry nice hotel in a safe Washington, DC neighborhood. We were in town for an event at the Convention Center which is less than a block away. It is close to a lot of very good restaurants. The hotel lobby is nice but extremely busy all the time. We had a wonderful experience checking in and were...

Stayed 2 nights for a conference. Main problem was that when I arrived, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. The toilet seat had some small debris on it, and the last occupant's soap and shampoo were still in the shower. Also, three times, I requested help in getting the clock in the room set to the right time, but...

We were transiting via Washington DC and chose this hotel to stop at. Easy access from the Metro and good central location for all the main attractions. Bed was comfortable, room was spotless and it had all it needed to be a good stay. All staff pleasant and helpful; I would recommend this hotel

This was my second stay at the Renaissance, and a third would be just fine with me! First, staying here for a conference is as good as it gets. The conference rooms are huge, convenient and comfortable. Outside the conference rooms are spacious areas with comfortable chairs and couches that allow you to do further business in pleasant surroundings. As...

Hotel lobby, rooms, fitness center and conference center are absolutely beautiful. Very modern look. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The fitness center exceeded my expectations, wish I could have used it more often. They have 10-12 treadmills, 6-7 stationary bikes, free weights, exercise & medicine balls, TRX, mats, foam rollers.... The conference center is very large, with a big...

We had a function at this hotel . The hotel was lovely and had many events going on a Sunday! We read the paper while we waited for the time for our event check -in. Our event was clearly marked as where to go. There was very pricey valet parking ... we used it. In fact the sign said that...
