The Willard is an absolute landmark in DC. The building is an historical gem. It is beautiful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The beds and sheets and bathrooms are great. The rooftop bar is a destination spot for Washingtonians and visitors who want to see the amazing views of the mall, the monuments, and the White House while relaxing...

We have been to DC every year, and sometimes 2-3 times a year for the last 6 years and we always stay at this hotel. The ambiance is beyond classy and dignified- it is beyond hospitable. The staff are warm and dignified and always offer suggestions as well as a helping hand. The rooms are spacious, clean and decorated in...

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here. I’m a regular to this property over the last two years. It is in a great location and very close to all of the touristy attractions if that is your goal. Unfortunately, the service is hands down the worst in DC. I can promise that you would receive better service...

I recently travelled with my pregnant wife along the east coast of the US. This hotel was the best of our stay without question. The staff were brilliant all around. I was especially impressed with the front desk staff, truly exceptional. The staff in the hotel restaurants were also fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. I am...

The Willard is prime real estate, sharing the same street with the White House and within walking distance to D.C.'s iconic monuments and museums. This hotel has A LOT of history and class (check out the hotel's Wikipedia page). The rooms are large and probably have the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. Although pretty pricey, the food was...

My 8 year old son and I had such a lovely time at the Willard that we were very sad to leave after our 3rd day. The wonderful Cintia Becerra reserved a beautiful room for us and we enjoyed every moment in it! It really felt like home for us. You will not find finer concierges than all four of...

This historic hotel at the heart of DC has a unique blend of tradition and contemporary. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Service is exemplary. Breakfast spread at Parc du Cafe is extensive and has a French bistro touch. The hotel is in walking distance to numerous DC attractions such as Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, White House etc....

The room was fairly standard, but when the bellman took our bags up to the room, he turned on all the lights (it was night) so we could see how to do that. The first morning my wife had room service which she enjoyed greatly, and the second morning we went to Cafe du Parc where we both enjoyed the...

As a Spire Elite and Hilton Diamond, I have had my share of hotel nights this year. My stay at the Willard was both business and leisure. After reading countless reviews I had high expectations for this hotel. Needless to say, 90% of these reviews are severely overrated. First, my check was delayed (30 min process) because the employee was...

We spent the weekend at the Willard for a wedding which was held there. We arrived Thursday morning around 12, noon, and to my surprise our room was ready. I was offered an upgrade to a room with a better view of the washington monument for $50 a night, which I accepted; however, the room was on the 5th floor...
