The place was clean enough and the staff friendly. They could pay a bit more attention to breakfast as the dining are is so small the food empties after about 6 guests go through - leaving others to wait on re-supply. The parking lot is ^%$# small. Overall it is fine for a quick cheap stay,

the staff was most courteous and helpful. I put up with a clogged bathroom sink but the stay was very good!

We spent one night en route to Biloxi, MS. The room was small and smelled "musty" upon arrival. This odor mostly dissipated after we turned the ac on and got some air circulating. The free breakfast offered a decent variety: a hot bar consisting of eggs, link sausage, biscuits and gravy; boiled eggs; a pastry case with muffins, danish and...

The shower curtain in the bathroom was made of cloth and too short for the rod they had. Water was everywhere after the shower. Questionable stains were on the window seat cushions, very disturbing! For what I thought was a relatively new hotel, this room was very used looking. We travel to Auburn often and I was hoping to save...

Stayed at Microtel Inn Opelika for one night...thankfully. Carpet in room was dirty, window seat had some questionable stains, and beds had multiple hairs on them. Wasn't expecting much, and that's just what I got. Bright spot was a decent breakfast. First and last.

Had to do a quick stay for my son's college orientation. Didn't want to incur a major expense with our summer trip in the next week or 2 so wanted to stay at a more cost friendly location. We are more a Hilton family. The location was perfect right off the parkway with easy access to the free way. Didn't...

We took a late flight into ATL and then drove down to Auburn for a college tour. We arrived at 3:00am and had to be at Auburn by 8:30am so we didn't really care about the room other than it having a bed. Room seemed decent enough, but when on our way out the breakfast was less than inspiring, even...

This is the second time I have stayed here this year. I stayed 1 night in Feb and 2 nights this time.... nothing changed from the first visit. I stayed because the price was right with a military discount and I was only sleeping there...not hanging around. The same young man was the only person I ever saw working the...

The hotel smells old when you walk in, but by the time you get to your room (at least on 2nd floor, I either got used to it, or the room was better. Nice and cool on a blistering hot day, and a great night's sleep. Ran the fan in the bathroom for white noise and the bed was comfortable...
