We booked a site for 10 days, based on the KOA directory. Upon arrival, we were told wifi was sketchy. No mention in the directory. We thought we could use our hot spot. No such luck, NO cell reception. Also the site was narrow, dusty, not at all attractive. We decided to leave. We work part time and need our...

This is the worst place ever... with the sewer smell from the septic tank... ants crawling all over the walls and toilets in the bathrooms and the laundry room is a joke and the prices this place charges you can go up to the rv resort on Sierra Highway for the same price you have cell phone service and WiFi...

beautiful location. Friendly and flexible staff. They didn't seem very knowledgeable about the venue or their amenities. Sites were very small and close together. Every part of the facility that we experienced was infested with ants. The faucets in the restrooms and the toilet seats were covered with them. After staying overnight our vehicle was covered with thousands of ants....

Okay, so let me start out by saying I looked at the reviews and I was confused how it could be like, 50/50 good vs. horrible. Now that I have visited this KOA, I understand. It is ALL about why you are there, and WHERE your campsite is. The front area by the office has a lovely grassy tent area...

We stopped here because we were confident that a campground with KOA's standards would provide the wifi service advertised. Work to do, emails to catch up on, reports to write, library books to renew, and prescriptions to refill. The usual needs of someone on the road. Wifi was almost non-existent and yes, per prior reviews, you actually did have to...

This is one of the few KOA's that I have been to that disappointed me. Almost all of the water spigots were leaking and the power posts were such a bad source that most of us on this camp-out disconnected for fear or damage. I actually did get wiring damage and it cost almost $2,000 to fix... thank good ness...

Someone complained about the train ?? The quietest train horn that I have ever heard & its 5 cars - surprisingly quiet for a train - it is an older campground but it is well maintained & the wifi is slow but I've had slower & the staff is very helpful & friendly Overall this is a great place to...

Friendly, helpful staff of KOA campground + nice pool. But not ONE single word according the night train that runs behind the camping. Its not only the train noise, but mainly the enormous noise of the horn blowing. according to the website " The rustic feel and serenity of this park etc." this is great nonsense.

Disappointing for a KOA. Website states its close driving to Hollywood (its over 45min). In the three days we were on site no one cleared the garbage, no groundsman were around. Steps and areas were cluttered with debris. Restroom was messy - I never saw anyone checking on it. Large group of full time residents (not snowbirds) changes the feel...

We went to the KOA on March 21,2015, and my thought about the KOA field trip was fun. I had a great time with jenny and the rest of the people mostly jenny . The hike wasn’t that long but I still had fun. We wanted to go swimming but we couldn’t so we got wet with water bottles. We...
