We only stayed one night and our room was clean and comfortable. The beds are a bit too sot or me, but it was fine or one night. I liked that they have big reliable bottles or shampoo and such in the bathroom, but no other amenities (no shower cap, or example). My husband is Lifetime Titanium and we didn't get an upgrade, in act, our aced the highway. LOL Breakfast was just ok, they're still using the COVID excuse to keep everything to a minimum and continue the environmental night mare with disposable plates and silverware. Ugh.

Horrible female staff, and guests not VIP. Waste of 4,000.00. I sent in a survey directly to the hotel in may a negative survey, updated today before I filed my amendment taxes in a survey. I wanted to know when my patience will pay off. Horrifying, unpeaceful, door lock outs, spoiled people. Guests should be screened before entering into hotel reservation. The guests were not corrected but encouraged to continue, so unpeaceful, so uncomfortable, and 159.oo a night, they don't care, they collected 2400.00, flight and 4104.00 Because I had no were to stay. So I have them a few individuals who are in the survey. It's was negative, Declaration.SSAF/76/GA.

We rented two rooms, a double queen and a kind bedded rooms. The price of the rooms was equal. I did not see anywhere on their website mention that the king room was half the size of the queen room. This information should be prominently displayed. The hotel staff deny that any rooms w/ king beds are "larger" rooms. We spent on uncomfortable week squeezed into the small room with the a/c blowing on our heads when sleeping. BTW- the included breakfast is disgusting- "grab and go"- due to covid. And room service is restricted to once weekly, also due to covid.

Thank you for the feedback. The configuration of Studio Suites with King beds and those with two Queen beds are different to accommodate the different furniture but are similar in size with double bedded rooms being roughly 25 square feet larger.

Check-in for this place is 4 pm due to cleaning requirements under COVID. We had an event to attend so called the place several times ahead to see if we could arrange early check in and each time we got a run around about calling back again later. We finally gave up. On actual check in, we were told that the cost of a pet was $ 100 given that the room would require extra cleaning. This was never clearly stated on their booking page and although it's not uncommon to charge for pets, $100 is taking your guests for a ride. We got to our room and soon discovered it was filthy. The level of extra cleanliness the place advertised obviously didn't include discarding the junk in the fridge or the empty plastic bottle on the counter. We asked to change rooms and the blond girl at reception said she couldn't do anything for us, which was pretty much in line with the "can't be bothered" attitude of staff we had spoken with on the phone previously. Luckily, her colleague stepped in and helped us move to a different room. New room was cleaner but again, there were used drinking straws on the floor and minor details, like leaving some coffee pods behind for use in the machine, were overlooked. We gave up considering that we had to get to an event and didn't bother telling reception again. The only thing I can complement this hotel on is the comfort of their beds. Everything else, from pre check in to breakfast was more or less mediocre to awful. Wouldn't stay again.…

Hit all the major checkmarks for me: Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, good wifi, heated pool, good service a checkout and check in, breakfast reasonable for covid restrictions, easy parking. A lot of positives and nothing negative to comment.

This almost new hotel is a combination Springhill Suites and Courtyard. They share the lobby and pool. Service was excellent. Cleaning could have been better. The breakfast had more options than other Marriott properties in the area. It has a beautiful quiet setting.
