I found it to be a great location if visiting Malibu and the Trader Joe’s next door was handy. The room itself was fine. Our room was facing a courtyard. I thought this would be good because of street noise. It wasn’t. When we entered the room there was a stale cigarette aroma. I wanted to switch rooms, but we had waited for this one so I thought I could handle it. Then I noticed the courtyard is just a big smoking section. These rooms all probably stink. The stench was coming from the curtains. In the morning the smokers began loudly talking around 6a. Do not get a courtyard room unless cigarettes & early morning chatter is your thing.

Great stay. Centrally located for me since we were visiting colleges. Trader Joe’s is right next door…super convenient for me since I always go a supermarket run. And Trader Joe’s has good microwave meals for snacking. A lot of restaurants close by but would have to drive 5-10min. Parking is free and I didn’t have any problems finding a space. Everyone was very friendly. Housekeeping only on Monday or tuesdays….so I had to ask for some things at front desk since we were there for 4 days. Hotel could update the bathrooms…otherwise we were very happy.

A hotel with pre-COVID service. This hotel is one of the first I have been to that treats you like a guest with pre-COVID style. I only stayed 2 nights and my room got serviced, the front desk was very attentive, all staff was friendly and kind, the room was spacious and the amenities were nice. Both Laura and Rudy at the front desk went out of their ways to make sure that I was having a good stay and had all the things that I needed. I would definitely stay here again if returning. The one single thing I would like to see at this property is an in-house restaurant or bar.

In May our family attended a wedding in Malibu and chose to stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Agora Hills. This hotel was near to our venue and added a free breakfast. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We recommend this hotel.

This place was great, really clean, easy parking outside and Trader Joes 2 minutes walk. Pool was nice and clean.. My only complaint and it’s sad because it’s so easily fixed, was the amount of single use plastic used at breakfast. All of it, plates, bowels, teaspoon, folks you name it, it’s all plastic. The average person there used 2 plates (one for toasts and the other warm items) and a bowl or two. Every day, that’s a LOT of plastic, used for 10 minutes then thrown in the bin for the landfill. Couldn’t believe it use a DISH WASHER and normal plates and forks! It’s everyone’s planet, big companies have a responsibility as their impact really can make a difference or not… there’s a lot of Hilton’s, if they’re all as bad as this, hope people will enjoy the plastic views they’re creating for the next generations… very poor environmentally…

I love the kitchen in the room. Spotless room, nice workout facility, nice pool area with a great hottub. Breakfast was delicious and in addition to eggs and sausage, had biscuits and gravy and fresh strawberries and blueberries.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable suite, with large bathroom, separate sink area, kitchen with table, separate desk, excellent lighting, comfortable bed, dark and quiet at night, making it easy to sleep. Wonderful breakfast, includes fruit and nuts. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, accommodating, and most important to me good coffee supplied in the room. The hotel staff are all very kind and professional, as well as the morning breakfast more than enough food to start the day off. Interacted with housekeeping, and they were all again very professional and kind would definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay was very nice. Our housekeeper "Ilzer" was sweet and did a very good job. The manager of housekeeping was very helpful, but I don't remember his name. Everyone was very friendly, and the faculty was clean. "Patty" who was working at the breakfast bar 1/12/23 was pleasant and helpful. This hotel had excellent staff working during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I was in a bind and needed a place to stay at the very last minute for a family health issue. I'd called around to one or two other places in Agoura, and it was clear they were happy to charge me premium for my emergency. Really grateful I found my way to this Homewood Suites. I had a great experience with the morning/afternoon front desk staff, who were immediately helpful and friendly. I sincerely appreciate their support and general human decency that day.
