Best Room Service! We spent one night recently on a trip from SLO to San Diego. The staff were accommodating when we requested a noon check out and a ground floor room. The room was quiet even in the morning, while adjacent to the workout room. The bathroom was roomy with plenty of storage space and a great makeup mirror. The building itself and the grounds were a bit worn and somewhat outdated. The best part was the room service! Some of the best we've had. My fiance had the salmon which was nicely grilled with fresh veggies. I had the chicken picata. For breakfast I had the eggs Benedict, which were great. The food and the service are definitely a ten in our book!

We booked here because of the convenient location along Hwy 101 for our road trip along the CA coast. Hotels in and around LA are so expensive and dingy, but this place is just outside the city, only 20 minutes from the valley. Super nice hotel, very clean, nice area. The big surprise was how amazingly comfortable the best were. I stay at a lot of hotels, rarely do I ever bother writing a review but this one stands out. Slept 10 hours straight. Most refreshing sleep I’ve had in months. If the price and location don’t convince you, you should stay here just for the comfy beds!

Overpriced ran down hotel, the heater/air conditioner didn’t work. Paid $225 per night. Needs updating, happy hour wasn’t good, bar tender wasn’t good. Breakfast was good, but over priced. Shop around, this isn’t it.

I stayed at this hotel even though I live locally as our water heater broke. This was the first to come to mind and they were very accommodating at checked me in early, around 10:30. It's definitely a bit worse for wear though - frayed carpet (that wasn't swept very well), peeling wallpaper and the absolute lumpiest pillow I have ever encountered. The last is the reason for the review as the bed is comfortable enough but the pillows are just awful. They offered a good selection of products in the restroom and have room service that I didn't use. I appreciate the stay when needed but I wouldn't return.

This is a overpriced hotel I had to bring my own space heater because the heat did not work in the middle of the winter when it’s 40° out If you decide to stay here, you can get a way better prize anywhere by calling the Sheraton

we lost our gas and just needed a hot shower, we live 2 miles away. having a bonvoy card we expected better. our room gad a wonderful view of the roof, noticed a small crystal geyser bottle of water in with the coffee stuff. NO tag saying it will be charged if you drink it. thought it was a hospitality thing like the Hyatt does. we had brought water with us, and would not have drank it if otherwise. saw a 4.30 charge 2 days later. just another hotel scam like resort fees, destination fee, amenity fees, etc etc. what ever they can do to make you NOT feel like a guest. place is run down everywhere but the lobby. wont be staying here again.

Stayed here one night with coworkers for a client meeting nearby. It’s fine. Rooms were clean although quite a bit worn and a little dark (dark wood, dark carpet). Beds are comfortable. It feels a bit understaffed but those we encountered were friendly.

This is the WORST hotel experience I have ever had at any hotel chain. The hotel is nasty- (dirty vents in the bathroom and the bedroom, trash and food in the parking area by check-in area, terrible view from the window of air conditioning units in room 353, standing water on the patio, leak from the room above running onto the patio, and repairs needed in the bathroom, including a leak that had been patched above the bathtub and then not painted. ) Awful!! Please save your dollars/points and stay any where else.

Nicely stocked club lounge, enjoyed the hot item in the evening. Appreciated being offered the breakfast buffet since the club lounge isn’t open for bkft. Service was fast & every server was helpful & pleasant. Glad to see a new desk chair in the room. Please also add in some of the missing patio furniture in the rooms.
