Our room cost a bit more than we had planned on spending, and it was so well worth it! We were so very happy with our room, the complimentary wine, and the spectacular view of the bay, the waves splashing over the black boulders, and the hillside on the other side of the bay. The view was fantastic. We were...

My husband & I recently road tripped from San Francisco to Seattle. We came across the Albion River Inn by pure chance & what a great find it turned out to be. The rooms were luxurious and had all the little touches that made you feel welcome. We enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine sitting in comfortable armchairs in front...

I thought the Albion river Inn was really lovely. The rooms were quaint but very clean and extremely comfortable, the beds were great, the restaurant served delicious meals. Most of all the views were quite spectacular from all the rooms! Two things let it down for me - slow breakfast service, on 2 of 3 days it was ok, but...

No TVs - the rooms are meant to inspire relaxation and romance and they fulfilled those perfectly. We had our own deck which looked out onto the ocean and Albion River bridge. GORGEOUS scenery we never tired of. And there was a wonderful fireplace we sat and relaxed/read by and a huge soaking tub that also looked out to the...

Individual bungalows with in-room jacuzzis ... on grounds reminiscent of a botanical garden ... and a gourmet restaurant ... all overlooking a rocky Pacific cove where the river meets the sea. What more could we want? Our bungalow was spacious, well maintained, comfortable and quiet. The fireplace was a great touch, and we appreciated them stacking the kindling and firewood...

Right on the coast, the ocean views and fireplaces make a tv unnecessary. The rooms have comfortable easy chairs and very comfy bed and bedding. Rooms have coffee makers and small fridge, ice is readily available as is wood. The decks are private and set amidst lovely landscaping which is evident throughout the grounds. A delicious alacarte breakfast is included...

We stayed at the ABI for 3 nights in celebration of our 20th wedding anniversary. Quite simply, the ABI is exquisite and deserves all of the praise heaped upon it. Our room was clean, bed comfortable, had all of the hot water one could ask for in an instant and the staff is quite diligent about replenishing the firewood should...

We enjoyed two wonderful days in cottage #20 at the end of the row of cottages overlooking the Navarro River's merge into the Pacific. Quiet. Peaceful. Comfortable. The king bed and the pillows were especially nice. A wood-burning fireplace (with wood restocked each morning) and a big deck overlooking a field of wildflowers and the ocean beyond made for many...

This is our "go-to place". We have been visiting this magic inn for over twenty years and it is still as beautiful as ever. The views are magnificent and the rooms and decks very private. Everything is so comfortable...the beds, the linens, the furniture, right down to the Adarondack chairs on the deck. Rooms 17 through 20 are the very...
