I don't want to be too hard on this hotel because I am under the impression that they are trying to improve things. However, I did observe several things while I was there. First, the lobby is very attractive and inviting. It is in sharp contrast to other parts of the hotel. However, the room, though somewhat remodeled still suffered... More

WARNING: Do not stay here no matter what! This is a giant crack hotel, and our entire family caught SCABIES here, including our 9 month old infant. The room was absolutely disgusting, there were about 50 cigarette burns on the carpet and it smelled like a bar in there (even though they claim it's a non smoking facility). There was... More

Management response:

Dear Madam, We are very sorry to hear that you had been diagnosed with scabies. Our manager called five times on two different phone numbers you provided and left a message each time because no one answered the phone. As the manager explained in the email sent to you and also to the man over the phone, we had guests... More

My son, as a gift, got this room for us to share with our grandchildren. When we checked in they had his credit card information, but asked for our card, "for security". But instead of billing my son, they charged our card, making the rest of our vacation very difficult. When we tried to get them to correct their mistake,... More

This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. The room was filthy and falling apart (note the photo). There is no sound separation to the adjoining unit, and I was up all night as my ‘neighbor’ started his party at 3AM. The elevator did not work, nor did the management seem optimistic that it... I stayed for a night with a few friends. It's not the best hotel I've stayed at, but it has the necessities. The room was pretty run down and smelled like smoke, even though it was a non smoking room. The staff was pretty nice. There was nothing that I loved about this hotel. They offer a complimentary breakfast, but... More

If you have business in this city and if your party includes someone fluent in Chinese things will be acceptable by mainland China two star standards. Our room was clean, no bugs, tv worked, refrigerator worked, bottles of water every day along with apples or banana. Seems like very safe off street parking. Yes it is aged and yes carpets... More

This Asian owned hotel desperately needs a COMPLETE re-do! The elevator & fax machine were not working. I requested, non-smoking rm., got a filthy smoking rm. with no toilet paper, multi-stained carpet, two bath towels. Finally got a non smoking rm., the carpet was stained, the blinds were broken & missing a few blinds, the air cond. was old &... More

This hotel is the worst place ever! I stayed at this hotel with a friend and when checking in room was only in my friends name. The next morning I went to lobby to get coffee which they didn't provide and realized I left key in room. The guy at front desk yelled at me saying he can only give... More
