Only stayed a couple of days but thought the hotel was excellent and clean as a pin. The room was a great size with a small lounge separate to the bedroom. 2 large size TVs with some free cable networks. Thanks to Maria Auila in Housekeeping for helping us out with some extra coffee etc without a fuss. Good hotel at reasonable rates and a quick walk to Disneyland. Will stay here next time and tell the rest of our family to stay here.

I recently stayed here for 4 nights on business. I am a Diamond member and had no issues with check-in or check-out. I did walk to DL and found it to be about a 12-15 minutes time frame. Also, walking down Disney Way to the parks the sidewalk is mostly shaded. No breakfast at this time but you can grab a free coffee in the lobby gift shop and then would find breakfast within the parks. You can call for anything needed for your room as there is not any room service unless requested. The room was nice and I could not hear anything from other rooms. I did not use the pool but saw that it was nice and clean. I did order food using Doordash one night and it was delivered to the front desk where I was called to pick up. If you take Uber or Lyft either way to the parks it is about a $8-10 ride. I would certainly stay here again.…

We recently took a group of 50 high school seniors for Disney Grad Nite , and stayed here at Sun coast park. The manager and staff were so helpful with booking such a larger group. They were so organized and even made check in quick and easy, definitely making things easier for me. The hotel was so pleasant and relaxing. Thank you Sun Coast for taking such great care of our group. The seniors raves about their stay. We cannot say thank you enough. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We ended up here after our booking at another hotel was messed up by the hotel staff. To be honest it was a blessing in disguise, what a lovely place to be. Naiara on Reception was excellent throughout our stay, always acknowledging us and very courteous. The hotel is fairly new (May 2023 stay for us). We had a large room on the 5th floor - it’s huge !! High quality tv in the bedroom and the sitting room. The bed was fantastic and we slept very well. Distance wise I would say it’s a 15 minute stroll to Disney - perfect. Locally there are plenty of restaurants and facilities. The hotel has a lovely outdoor pool too. We will definitely be coming here again - 10/10 score from us

The lobby, pool area, bathrooms and rooms are fresh and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and from the moment we checked in, the customer service was outstanding. The employees were kind and went out of their way to help us with whatever needs we may have. Plus the parks and the garden walk are only 10 min walk! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely be back! Thanks again to the staff for a great week.

After having THE WORST experience next door from here at Element, I entered this hotel very upset. David and Naiara turned it around. Welcoming myself and my family immediately gave us a room that met our needs. This was probably the best customer service we have ever received at a hotel. We thought getting a space after ours was canceled elsewhere would be hard. The way they were so assuring and comforting to us, I would most definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Hotel and rooms are very clean, which is the #1 thing i look for. This hotel is a 15 minute walk to the parks. We didn't utilize the pool, but it looked nice. We were assigned a different room type after online check in. I noticed it on the app whenever i went to see if our digital key was ready. They did accommodate my request to change the room type back to a King, but i would of been upset if only queens were available (what they changed us too). A couple things i wished i knew before booking: --the bathroom door is a sliding door with no lock. The shower itself doesn't have a door either and only has a translucent half wall to block water. This was "ok" staying with just my husband. But i would of been concerned about more privacy if we were staying with children or our extended family. -- the dining menu is extremely limited at the restaurant on site. Because of this, we ended up eating oft property more than anticipated. The bartender is one of the nicest people we interacted with in California though, so a big thank you to her! (I didn't catch her name, apologies)…

Stayed for 4 nights for recent family trip to Disneyland and the hotel was perfect! Clean and quiet, with friendly staff and less than a 15-minute walk to the park. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Disneyland. We'll be back!

A great stay for 2 nights. 10 to 15 mints walk to Disney land . Great location Staff are really friendly Smooth check- in and check-out I arrived earlier than check-in time, around 10 am, and I found my room is ready 👍. I would definitely consider revisit.
