We stayed in a room with a view of DCA and it was amazing. Loved the short walk to both parks and was fun to,watch the WOC show from our window while listening to the music from the tv. Overall the benefits of staying at a Disney hotel was great wee also enjoyed the early entry days. Don't miss Trader... More

Great location. Lovely view of California Adventure. No ironing board or iron. Game room, only have the games worked, so cold. Needs updating. But satisfactory for sleeping and nice little restaurant in lobby. Great staff very helpful

I normally stay at the Disneyland hotel, but this time stayed at paradise pier, all the cast members were lovely, beautiful clean hotel. The house keeping did a magnificent job, the only problems were the elevators! They took forever, in what should be a 2 Minute from room to lobby ended up taking us 15 minutes a few times. Access... Clean and more than adequate for sleeping. We play all day at the park and this hotel provides a clean quiet rest. Beds are good, decor is getting a bit dated, but still well maintained. Housekeeping is adequate with clean towels and sheet on request (rather than daily). Least expensive of the 3 hotels on the Anaheim property. We've stayed... More

My family and I love Disneyland. We've gone at least once a year since 2011 and always stay at the Paradise Pier. The hotels beach theme and excellent views of Disney's California Adventure is one of the reasons we keep coming back. The other reason is the staff. They are always friendly, helpful, and in Disney fashion seem to be... More

Staff was awesome. We checked in after spending 2 nights at another hotel, that we had to get out of. Rooms are great, spacious. It's nice being able to use Grand Californian to access the parks and downtown Disney. We will stay here again for sure

We recently stayed here and decided to splurge at the end of our trip with a stay at a Disney hotel. As a stay here was so much more expensive than other Anaheim hotels we were a bit dubious about if it was worth the extra money - but it actually was. We arrived early and didn't expect to be... I loved the convenience and the level of service of this hotel but unless you plan to spend a lot of time in the hotel it really isn't worth the money. When we go to Disneyland we don't spend time in the hotel rooms or in the pool. My kids want to be at the parks as much as possible.... More

The hotel was very comfortable with easy to access Disneyland and early morning entry as part of price. Staff were very helpful and made a very good impression about staying at the hotel. It was more costly than staying in an equivalent hotel as we wanted to be in the resort and there may be better value for money in... More

We just finished up a five night stay here and it was great! Upon pulling up, every person we came into contact with seemed happy to have us here. At check in they gave my kids a balloon, first visit pins, and an autographed picture of Mickey & friends saying that Mickey couldn't wait to meet them. The rooms were... More
