Although it would appear the hotel is renovating and changing the flooring in some suites our suite (two queen) had not been renovated. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replace. Additionally we are use to staying at another hotel in the area and found the storage space limited for clothes. Although there was table and two chairs (also...

This was our first time at the Inn. We booked a premium room because of all the extras and it was still cheaper than staying on property at the Disneyland Hotel (which offered no extras, by the way). The hotel itself is very close to Disney, I'd say about two blocks. It is a quick walk, even if tired. They...

This was my first stay at the Candy Cane Inn. I usually stay at the Hilton and always walk past this hotel on my way to Disneyland. I always noticed the beautiful landscaping and flowers on the property. First off this hotel is an older property, however it is maintained very well. Check in was pleasant, and fast. The rooms...

Stayed here this past weekend. Such a nice clean friendly place to stay. Front desk, staff, breakfast crew, maintenance and drivers are all top notch!! The free parking is a great bonus So close to Disney it is literally at the back of the hotel!! Can actually hear the cars land ride. Highly recommend for everyone!!!

We stayed here, based on reviews, for 4 days earlier this month. We found this hotel to be one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at. Our room was clean, the grounds clean, and also all common areas. We were warmly greeted upon arrrival and proceeded to our room. It has been updated, and was very clean. The wood...

We left for Disney at 9 AM and when we got back our main bag that had my wife's and my clothing and all of our 3 month olds diapers, clothes bibs and also our toiletries bag. We talked with the front office about it after we realized things were missing. They said we had to wait until the morning...

With all due respect I want to make it perfectly clear that we appreciate ALL guests (past, present and future) and the feedback they provide and I have always chosen not to use this platform to challenge. This being said, I wanted to point out that I met with you and your family at 7 AM to discuss this unfortunate...

We stayed at the Candy Cane Inn from 10/13-10/17. I had checked the website and it said nothing was available but ended up calling and they had a Premium room available, #250. There were some things that I really liked and a few that I didn't. Check in was easy but the lady who checked me in, gave me zero...

We stayed in a Premium room this past stay October 9-14, 2016. We always stay here as it is close to Disneyland but we usually take advantage of the bus shuttle. We mostly look forward to the days Mr. Lee is driving in the mornings! The staff is helpful and we have come to know James well over the past...

The exterior areas and our room were very clean and the free shuttle bus makes it very convenient to stay here. Even though it is completely within walking distance to the Disneyland entry plaza, being able to ride the shuttle is so nice especially at the end of a long Disney day. The kids loved the little wading pool even...

This was my 3rd or 4th time staying at the Candy Cane Inn. My only suggestion is to request a room in the back. This time I stayed in the front, which was great for standing and watching the fireworks outside my room (201) but I heard a lot of road noises. James at the front desk was very helpful...
