Recent trip to Disney with friends, booked this hotel on Hotwire.... Rooms are in desperate need of care. Paint peeling off the walls and headboards, no water pressure, toilets and sinks not draining ie) standing in 6 inches of water while showering. The room was a 5 minute walk through the hotel into another building... oh and the giant saucer...

We stayed here for 6 nights while visiting Anaheim while this hotel is not really in walking distance to Disneyland or should I say an easy walk the hotel does provide a free shuttle service to and from Disneyland which we found was good only as with any time it's busy you may have to wait but that's to be...

Stayed here for 5 nights. They let us check in very early for a small fee, we were able to buy our multiday Disney tickets, head up to our room, shower, and then get on the free shuttle for a day at Disneyland. The room was huge! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the little bath was great for soaking...

Exactly what we needed for our Disneyland vacation. Regular and reliable shuttles, clean spacious, well appointed room, and friendly professional staff members. One ridiculous traveler ahead of us in line one day was irate and obscenely rude and the staff and management at the front desk still remained calm amd composed. Kudos to the young, small framed, female manager on...

TLDR; it was an average hotel in a decent area. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but I would recommend it for those on a budget. First want to give a quick shout out to Alexis at the front desk. She is so helpful and nice! The positives: - We requested a king bed and our room was massive. I...

Stayed for a business trip as was closest to the event. Was given room in the garden tower which is clearly outdated and poorly maintained. Elevators don't always take to the correct floor. Attwifi super slow even for business needs. No Ethernet in the room. TV only has local channels and slow. Headboard is peeling. Shower tiles are cracked. Door...

I called the hotel prior to check in to see if by chance our room was ready and we could check in early (it was raining in the park and we wanted to dry off a bit). The man on the phone told me he couldn't tell me anything over the phone I needed to come down there, I explained...

Well....this hotel makes for a haul to Disneyland and the convention center. You have to shuttle or Uber. No way to walk. I was here for a music event. The hotel was so disappointing and was not cheap. It's dated...run down...and felt kind of dirty. It's also smack next to the freeway and the windows are old so of course...

We were really excited to stay with our family of 4 for a few nights on site. We had called prior to getting to the hotel to see if we could check in early. Sure...if you wanted to pay $25. We passed and went and explored the area instead. When we got inside, check in took a bit but nothing...

My wife really wanted to stay here because the hotel looks great for families and they accept pets. We brought our dog with us (we're new to CA and don't know anyone to watch the pup, also there is a day time kennel at the entrance of Disney that we utilized) and we ended up in a room that was...
