It started with a rude next, can I help you from the younger dark haired hispanic girl. We knew arriving that we would not be able to check in till 11am. But come on really 3 hrs later. That's ridiculous, unprofessional!!!! We went and ate something in town and came back afterchecking in when we first got here. We kept...

I traveled with my 3 daugthers and my cousin and her 2 kids... we stayed at St. Lauren hotel two nights and we experienced great customer service. The rooms we stayed in where cozy and right for the price, not luxurious but priced right. We were so glad that we were not only allowed to check in 3 hours early...

My husband and I went to Catalina for our second honeymoon. When we arrived at Hotel St. Lauren the woman at the front dest upgraded us! A group of colleagues stayed at the St Lauren for a week in April 2012, we were very pleased. Have not even got there and it is a night mare.Made a mistake with the date and called them two minutes after booking it with Expedia and they would not cancel or change the date.The reservation desk was not coopertive or helpful.. I even booked two night to get one night because of there two night minimum.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Super clean, well-maintained, all was 5 star except an older what seemed to be a 19 inch TV. Super selection of channels, but we didn't go to Avalon for the TV. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It's a steep walk. Recommend staying non-street side and above the third floor (street level)...

I stay in the hotel with my family last week. That is very nice hotel. That is not too far from the Green Pier which you can go to sub-marine and class bottom boards. That is the best hotel in Avalon

I Chkd in at the St Lauren the week end of 3/30/12 and discovered that expedia had messed up my chk in dates ..with that said, the front Mgr went out of her way to accommodate me and my family even upgrading me to a ocean view room. The rooms are decent, with cable TV, and had no issues with...
