We absolutely loved our little cabin at Meeker Lodge. It was perfect for me and my husband who like staying at places "off the beaten path". We visited to see RMNP and really enjoyed being close enough to the park but far enough away to avoid all the crowds and tourism in Estes. The drive to the park is about... More

We recently stayed there five nights. It is very rustic, with little in the way of amenities. But for the person who wants an economical and comfortable place to stay while hiking the beautiful Rockies, it is a good choice. We enjoyed a comfortable room, a relaxing chair on the balcony with a nice view of the mountains, and a... More

The cabin we rented was clean and neat w/ a basically stocked kitchen, indoor plumbing, and both a fireplace and heater for chilly evenings. It's off the grid: no TV, cell phone service, cable, etc., but I found that to be unexpectedly relaxing and refreshing. It's a little way outside Estes Park's city amenities but still close to RMNP for... More

My family and I went horseback riding at Meeker Lodge. Our guide was Wayne and he was a wonderful person who let us decide which route to take and included various historical information along the way. The trail led to Rocky Mountain National Park forest area and included some beautiful mountain views. It was nice that we didn't have others... More

We rented a cabin it was very remote and quaint. There is no cell service or Wi-Fi available, you truly have to get out and enjoy nature. It forces you to appreciate the reason that you are in the national parks to begin with! I was very grateful that my teenage son ended the three day stay with, "that was... More

My son's girlfriend volunteers with the Allenspark Fire Department and participated in the 4th of July parade. We decided to spend the night and not drive back after the Estes Park fireworks display. We chose the Meeker Park Lodge in Allenspark to avoid the high traffic of Estes Park on a holiday weekend. We chose a "deluxe room" - others... More

My husband and I stayed at meeker park cabins near Estes Park Co. It was very primitive. No tv, phone service. Not very clean. Bed uncomfortable and bedspread so old. Cushion on chairs tore. Did not feel clean. We only stayed 2 nights instead of three. We have stayed in cabins before but very disappointed.

I stayed in the Lodge this year, one of the rooms with a bath. Everything was perfectly clean. Small store stocks a good variety of things. Showers and laundry here too. It was a great place to stay as a home base, quiet and peaceful, but also close enough to enjoy everything that Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park... More

These delightful cabins are PERFECT to get away from it all. They are better suited to a longer stay than our brief one-night stop. Look to the busy Estes Park area, 20 min north, for all the amenities. Here, expect to disconnect from wi-fi, TV, and even cell phone service as you turn onto a secluded dirt road to a... More

I and my 13 and 10 year old daughters took a really fabulous two hour ride into Rocky Mountain National Park with Jim through Meeker Park Lodge Stables. We were staying up the road at a VRBO, not at the lodge. They were super friendly and Jim was an amazing tour guide. He has a vast amount of experience and... More
