We always have a wonderful experience at the Hyatt. First class treatment from the valet, front desk and all the staff at this location. Wonderful pool area with abundant seating. Clean exercise room. Spacious and well designed rooms. We love a room with a balcony. Mountain views and city views. Our favorite place to stay for summer in Aspen.

This seems to be mostly a time share that brokers out unused rooms. Reserved a room for a weekend in August. I understand that Aspen is expensive, but the best rate that we could get was equal to fine hotels in Manhattan or Paris. The location of the hotel is very good. Got to our room and it was clean...

Dear Traveler - Thank you for taking the time to fill out the TripAdvisor survey. I want to apologize that your experience at our property was anything less than perfect. You are correct, a few of our rooms are on the smaller size - I wouldn't exactly call them "hobbit rooms", but I can see where someone might draw that...

We have stayed at The Hyatt Grand Aspen 3 times and have loved it every time. This is a spectacular property. We have booked our trip each time with Tami Brown from Last Hoorah! Resort Destinations. Tami has been wonderful to work with. She has always managed to get us the best condo at the best prices. I definitely recommend...

Thank you for the great review. Glad to see that you've been with us several times and each time the stay has gone well. We love Tami too - she so easy to work with and works well with the staff and those wanting to rent. Next time you visit stop by and say "hi". Vic G.

Outstanding facility in the heart of Aspen. Great staff, excellent pool and amenities. This is a fractional ownership development, and the owners have overwhelmingly voted not to allow pets. If you bring a pet or a "service animal", expect to be thoroughly quizzed by owners and other guests alike. . Many people arrive with obvious pets that flagrantly violate the...

Thanks for the great review and thanks for addressing the dog issue. It's difficult as we are, of course, very sensitive to those with disabilities but are acutely aware that there are some that abuse the law. Thanks again. Vic G.

Excellent service, laid back atmosphere, walking distance to all of the town of aspen. Smaller hotel, pool is in a great courtyard with 2 large hot tubs. Nice , but smaller workout room with dumbells, 2 elipticals and more equipment. Great firepit, in summer there is fun miniature golf in front of the hotel, situated in what would be an...

This is a wonderful place to stay in when in Aspen. Its location, rooms, exercise facility, and swimming pool all make for a wonderful trip. The staff are incredibly accommodating. The concierge service is wonderful. The buffet breakfast and newspapers make for a nice start to the morning. The firepit is great, as is the outdoor eating area by the...

We just returned from Hyatt Grand Aspen with our two young girls. We experienced a lovely hotel in a gorgeous town. I've been to this property several times both with the husband and girls trips. It's located right in downtown Aspen next to the little Nell so walking distance to all of the shops, ski slopes and restaurants. We actually prefer the fall, early October when the Aspens are changing and they're having restaurant specials. We typically don't do the first...
