Stayed for 2 nights in shoulder season (May) and had the hotel almost to ourselves. Staff were very courteous and gave us a huge suite. The rooms and bathrooms are exquisite, I had a steam shower, and the kitchen was high tech. Hung out in the hot tub. Highly recommend.

We had a truly memorable experience - loved the quick and scenic walk from the hotel to the base lifts, really comfortable bed and amazing shower with steam, happy to find chocolates in the lobby - and very grateful to Gemma, Jeff, and Justin for gracious, experienced, and exceptional service. Two blocks to a beautiful hike, too! Thank you :-)

My wife and I arrived Thursday evening for the Food & Wine Festival. We departed Monday morning. It was our first time to stay at The Innsbruck. We had a junior suite on the third floor overlooking Main Street. The Innsbruck, a condo hotel, is a wonderful experience, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, luxury accommodations and amenities, and...

My family and I stayed for three nights during the week leading up to the Food andWine Festival. We stayed in a two bedroom unit that was more than we could ever think of. The unit was beautifully furnished and very well maintained. The entire complex is pristine. The housekeeping staff and maintenance staff keep this place so clean and...

My wife and teenaged son stayed for the first time @ The Innsbruck over Memorial Day and were delighted. We were pleasantly surprised to discover all our wants and needs had been anticipated. Proximity to everything in town was great, the shuttle service helped avoid the dreaded search for parking and the use of the bicycles was convenient and very...

We stayed condo #2060, a 1BR/1BA with separate kitchen and living room unit from Thursday, June 6 to Saturday, June 8, 2013. Liked the small condo building, easy to get to/from the car. Liked the front office staff on premise during work hours. The condo unit was super clean and it had all of the nice amenities. The building is...

While only planning a day trip to Aspen a friend suggested that we stay over and stay at The Innsbruck. What a pleasant surprise as we were greeted by Jann who gave us a tour of the facilities and showed us to our room. As my wife said we could live in this space. Jann made reservations for us for...

We loved The Innsbruck! We stayed in a two-bedroom unit on Memorial Day weekend and absolutely everything you could ever need was there, including bicycles to get around town. We have stayed in hotels previously that claim to have fully equipped kitchens, but this one was over the top. The property is conveniently located to the center of downtown Aspen,...

Stayed at the beautiful Innsbruck Inn, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Room was spotless and clean. Condo was spacious and very tastefully decorated. Gemma from the front desk was very accommodating. We got to use the bikes around town, use the shuttle service, and experience the hot tub. The Innsbruck Inn is highly recommended for any trip to Aspen.
