The staff was amazing and so was the breakfast. The internet and elevators were very slow. The place was under renovation so I'm hoping they include upgrading the elevators. Rooms were nicely kept and clean.

Room dirty. Internet poor. Hotel under renovation for another year...stay somewhere else unless you like dirt and noise. Near freeway so reeom noisy. Wouldn't be so bad if they did a free reception or breakfast as compenation for the inconvenience. Staff did they best they could in spite of the situation.

It was ok. Not the best or up to standard of Double Tree I have stayed in. The brand in Denver does not meet standards. No Frig, No microwave. The breakfast for what you pay 13.00 dollars i can get 4 meals with the same food but better at a different place.

We come to this place for business event twice a year and every time service exceeds our expectations. Imran Ali is the main guy for Banquet and he makes sure that all our needs are taken care of in timely manner. The only negative experience with the staff was in the restaurant for breakfast. During our meal the waitress left to go take care of her personal things while in the middle of serving us. Other waiters were helping us by refilling our coffe and bringing us the bill. The original waitress made a mistake on the bill and overcharged us....
