Nice rooms but a common theme at this hotel - lots of great sounding amenities but lots of things broken and/or low quality. After mentioning some of the issues, especially the room not being clean, all we got was a "sorry about that".
My flight got cancelled so my airline put me up here. It was good for the night. The front desk was extremely helpful and provided me with a toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, and deodorant which were all in my checked bag at the airport.
