I always stay at this hotel when I’m in Orlando due to its proximity to my family. This hotel is often occupied by team sports and unfortunately no one controls the kids. So ask before you book. If you are unlucky and have a large group of kids there- they will be running amuck uncontrolled literally all night. The breakfast is not what it used to be before Covid. The guys who cook the omelets hate their life. They serve undercooked eggs with an attitude despite how pleasant you are. The rest of the staff, including the front desk are delightful! Friendly and kind! The refreshed rooms are comfortable and spacious, and I enjoy walking around cranes roost.

Hotel's Favourite
Spacious rooms, clean, softest beds. Staff is very friendly and I enjoyed my stay. By the way, the Omaha Steaks restaurant serves up the best ribeye and wedge salad you'll ever eat! I didn't take advantage of the breakfast or the manager's reception but it's nice to know it's there if I wanted to participate. '

The ambience at the hotel was very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is situated near numerous restaurants and other businesses which is definitely a plus. I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were comfy and clean. Staff was friendly and responsive. There were times when there were somewhere around 100 teenagers running and screaming through the atrium and even from various floors. I expect better from Embassy Suites. Could have stayed at a Hampton for less money/ points if I wanted that mess.

the room was wonderful the happy hour was excellent and the breakfast was great.the room we stayed in had a walk in shower which was great. Also we didnt have a remote and the staff was there in a minute to fix the tv very happy with our stay

Overall the hotel is nice but I cannot say it was a pleasant stay. The front desk staff was friendly. We only used the room (140) and the breakfast area. They were both very clean. Walking by the pool and the gym, they both looked very nice and clean too. I would've liked to give them 5 stars but I cannot. The air conditioner would not bring the room below 80 degrees. We turned it as far down as it would go (65) and put the fan on high. I asked the front desk to have someone look at it the first day and they assured me they would. Nothing was done. After being outside all day in the scorching heat for a tournament with my daughter it was very uncomfortable to come back to the hot room and try to sleep in it. The next morning I asked again for someone to look into the air conditioning and asked for 3 towels. They apologized for nothing being done about it the night before and promised us they would have engineering take care of it the 2nd day and that housekeeping would drop off the towels. After another long hot day of sports we came back to the room being even hotter than when we left and no towels. The dirty towels from the day before were gone but nothing else was done including the garbage being left. I called the front desk about the air conditioner for the third time. They said engineering was on break but would be back in 10 minutes and would come to the room. We waited an hour and then finally went to the front desk for our towels and to tell them that nobody came to the room to look into the air conditioner. Again, they apologized. We took freezing cold showers hoping that would help cool us off and tried to sleep. It did not. Between being up all night from sweating and being lied to for two days that someone would look into our issue, I would not stay here again and I can't recommend this location. …

Very good value for money, rooms were decent enough. Breakfast and bar area very good also, would recommend and would stay again. Also the hotel is well situated for being able to walk to other bars/restaurants and only 10 mins to the beautiful Winter Park area by car.

Great atmosphere in the lobby. Rooms were very clean. Check in was great the desk associate was so pleasant and nice. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing I change is that breakfast start at 6:30 on Saturday and Sunday.
