I stayed at the Hilton for a business trip. My room was extremely spacious, modern, and clean. I need to shout out the housekeeping staff and executive housekeeper, Carlos Torres. After coming back home after the trip, I noticed that I left two valuable rings behind in the hotel room. I called the hotel immediately, thinking that they must be gone now, and Carlos reached out to me immediately to notify me that his housekeeping staff returned the rings to him. He was in contact with me the entire time and assured me that he will get the rings back into my possession. Would definitely stay here again, nice to know there are genuine and helpful staff in the hotel you are staying in

The overall experience and customer service was much better than my previous stay. This includes the check in process and especially the food and beverage experiences. However, as was the issue with my previous stay, the HH F&B credit was not applied correctly. Adding insult to injury, Carlos (Asst Manager) was rude and extremely unprofessional when I reached out to get the issue resolved. It required me to call the corporate office to get resolution. Fortunately they were very professional and recognized the error immediately. Something Carlos could not figure out and actually blamed me for his ignorance.

The misunderstanding on you wanting more credit is where I am assuming you feel I was "ignorant" but regardless I am happy to hear that Hilton Corp office was able to resolve your concerns and clarify how the food and beverage credit works since in your own words I was unprofessional in doing so. Free and ample parking. Very friendly staff. Nice big lobby for larger gatherings. Pricey for no breakfast - okay rooms, good size and clean. Okay stay but I'd look for something in the area that is either less price or offers breakfast. The king suite had more open floor space and a couch - but for a short stay, the king standard room was fine.

The hotel is excellent. The pool was nice and very clean, the fitness center was great!! The staff were all very friendly and willing to help whenever asked. This hotel is next to a tollway, but the sound of traffic is not too excessive. Great hotel for meetings, too!

Hotel was very nice and accommodating for me and my wife. Hotel bar/restaurant was also good we had a fantastic burger and some drinks our server was Eswin who was fantastic as our server and really went the extra mile for us. Kudos to the staff here !

What used to make this my go to business stay are gone. Hilton Honors Diamond member perks are gone or diminished: - No visible preferred parking near the main lobby entrance - Front desk did not even bother to check for the Diamond room upgrade (even though different upgrade levels from view to room type were offered in-app for a cost, and an upgraded room was still available to the public on the app just after I checked in - front desk merely quickly said “sorry, we’re full” without doing any checking) - I cannot recall that the Diamond status was noted (I don’t require a red carpet, but even just some eye contact and when handing over the bag with 2 bottles of water would have been nice especially since there was no hurry for the front desk with no one in line and no phones ringing) - Executive Lounge is permanently closed (used to be a distinguishing perk) - Restaurant credit was $15 and the limited buffet was of course a higher charge (positive - eggs to order were included and the friendly staff kept my coffee full) Room was fine Toiletries were fine Nice lobby Active and lively bar into the evening TV entertainment system was ok - did include some HBO channels Did not use the fitness center nor pool this stay The Altamonte Mall and all the shops, restaurants and really nice lakeside walking path by the nearly Embassy Suites are a quick drive, but not too easy to walk to given the need to cross the main artery road a half mile north. I’ve stayed multiple times before, but I’ll likely not so quickly prefer this hotel for my future stays.…

We stayed here for a conference 1/24-1/27. This has been the worst and most disgusting Hilton I have ever stayed and we are current Gold members, former Diamond so we have a lot to compare it to. We were told by the desk agent at check in that only rooms on the 2nd floor were available. She said it like something was terribly wrong with it. The first room smelled horribly so we were moved to another room on the same floor. They sprayed it to make it smell ok but we coughed all night because of mildew and mold. The shower also did not drain at all and the tub was peeling. We could not get any help with this and nobody answered the phone for hours. I even called Hilton Honors and they sent a message to the manager but I still did not get any response. I finally spoke with Aaron around 4pm. He agreed to move us to another room and to put a dehumidifier in it. It seemed ok at first but they never brought a dehumidifier so we started coughing and couldn’t breathe again. (We live in FL so we are used to humidity; this was mold). Then our door to the bathroom got off track and would not close. We had to call maintenance to assist with that and fix the faucet. He still did not bring the humidifier. The following morning I spoke to the girl at the desk who assured me she would send a dehumidifier to our room and even asked if they could enter while we were out. We gave permission but it never came. I went to the desk one more time during our meeting break and the rude desk agent told me they don’t even have a de humidifier and she didn’t know why they had lied. This is completely unacceptable! That evening, we had dinner with a large group from our conference and all had similar issues and NONE of us had hot water the entire week. Then we talked to people at the bar with the same experience also. It also advertises amenities not actually offered. This is obviously a very old hotel that has not been renovated in some time. There are rooms at this property that should never be rented to guests but they over sold to make a quick buck. We were relieved to finally check out but then the guy in the Starbucks on property and breakfast attendant were nowhere to be found at 9:15 so we could not even get a cup of coffee. This property is not up to Hilton standard and if this is the quality required to carry the Hilton name, then we will no longer stay in any Hilton property.…
