One of our needs is wifi. We need wifi to plan our trips, pay bills, and make a living. This place has no idea - and no wifi. During the first evening I inquired about getting a refund and moving on for our second night in an effort to obtain wifi - no refunds offered. On top of no wifi...

This place was beautiful. My room was in one of the outer buildings and had a seating area with a fireplace. It was decorated beautifully. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. My only regret was getting there so late at night and having to leave the next day. I hope to make it back.

Very disappointed in our stay. Room was so-so, breakfast was bland and not particularly appetizing. Certainly not worth what they charge. Staff were indifferent and hard to find. We never felt like a guest at this property. We don't recommend Coombs at all! The impression we had was Coombs was owned and run by a company out of state and...

We had nothing arranged or our stay in town, we had a couple of addresses in mind but they all fizzled out. My wife had read about the Coombs in Garden & Gun magazine and suggested we go check it out. I have to say that most of the time I'm underwhelmed by them but this one turned my around....

Pleasant grounds and home in historic town. Slept like a baby and enjoyed yummy food--could have gone totally healthy but chose breakfast bread to accompany onion and artichoke quiche with sausage. For you caffeine lovers, the coffee pot is constantly available.

Definately old, but certainly not romantic. Our experiences with B&Bs include much better service than we experienced here. The staff seemed unhappy, doing what they had to do but certainly not going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our room at the top of the house, up many stairs, was dank and dark and required a step...

This lodge actually consists of 4? different buildings all with different personalities, but all painted bright yellow! If you find it by GPS, you'll probably have to go a block further. The main house has several bedrooms, the dining room, a sitting room, the patio & friendly, personable staff. The serve a nice breakfast every morning, cookies & tea at...

We spent three nights here in the main building and although the building and its rooms are very quaint the ambience of the Inn is not what was expected. Having said that, the town itself is a gem and we thoroughly enjoyed our quiet time here. Unlike many B&B places, where the owner is present and running the establishment, the...

We loved our stay here! Our room was characterful but also very comfortable; breakfast was easily the best we had out of all of the hotels we stayed in this trip; the cookies and coffee in the dining room were appreciated and the inn was so central - everything within easy walking distance! Receptionist was really friendly and welcoming.

We stayed at Coombs Bed & Breakfast for 2 nights last week. It was a last minute decision on our way through Apalachacola, and we're happy to have found it. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Our king room was beautiful, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small, but private. It's located close to everything,...
